Elena REJECTION AND FORCEFUL MATE

MY POV 

Stretching out my hands to the album on the table, I flicked the pages and then paused for a while admiring the picture I can't flip over.

"Happy Birthday Elena Witty, you are beautiful, special and adorable," I said to my younger self in the picture. My name is Elena Witty-a loner and also an outcast in her world; Alpha werewolf, even in my home too.

It was the picture of my little beautiful family- My dad, mum and my little sister Eva at the age of 7 sitting on my lap as the assistant birthday girl when I turned 11.

Sadness clouds my heart while looking at the picture staring at my little sister Eva in the picture

"Your buddy is 18 today, the adulthood we both were waiting for but you are not by my side Eva to blow off the candles like you always do"

 Today looks like a pain to everyone instead of a celebration because you are nowhere to be found on this planet. I said as tears gushed down my eyes.

"Elena, it's 5 o'clock, get up but remember this day my little child we are preserving a fast for Eva," one of my favourite maids said as she opened the room to do her job.

"Yes!! I am very quite aware of this even though it is… I shuddered and stood up then wiped my tears so she wouldn't see those tears. 

"Good morning ma'am Leica"

"you are crying again Elena… bout the birthday right?" she said and walk close to me 

I moved away from her, looking at the cameras all over the room. 

"Mom said it should never be mentioned in this house for Eva", cleaning up my tears though my eyes were still red.

"I know because of the incident that happened when you turned 11 in the garden" Her hands tapped my shoulders.

Mrs Leica was my sister and my maid, she took care of us as her children when my Dad and mum were always away for a summer vacation. She witnessed the very incident- 6/9 on my birthday. Since then, she became my bodyguard watching my steps in this damn room.

Still looking at the cameras all over the place with anger growing bit by bit that I'm being watched by my parents for years.

"Elena, you did not touch the food I served since yesternight," Lecia said while she opened the plates on the table.

"Ma'am Lecia, I told you I wasn't hungry when you opened the damn door you all always locked to serve the food yesternight" Turning back to her with a harsh voice.

"But I can't leave with the food not being served as an order from your mum," she said calmly with her head bowed.

"Even you too, ma'am Leica like what is happening as I saw her bow her head for the second time"I screamed.

 "but I said I wasn't hungry !!!!! 

"There are CCTV everywhere, your mum is watching this room and if I had taken it back like before, I will be queried" she picked up the plates from the table, 

"I rather let the food to get spoilt here rather than carrying it out, I'm sorry"

"When will all these stop? Look at you ma'am lecia, I take you as my mum who knows me better for a while you have been acting strange" I said to her in my loud voice, my eyes filled with tears as I tried so hard not to let it fall.

"I want to be free!!! I'm not living, this is not life at all".

I calmed my nerves when I noticed she was heading to the door without saying a word to me.

"I want to meet my parents and have a word or two with them" I walked close to her.

"Elena, you can't step out your legs from this room and you are aware of the implications" She stood, blocking the door.

"Do not put me into Danger today as you did…" I interrupted 

"And what will happen again if I attempt" Looking into her eyes, I couldn't hold back the tears again.

"Please Elena, for my sake and Eva" she responded but I could see her eyes turning red.

I backed out then sat on the floor dumbfounded and staggering

 "y..e..a..h..for the sake of Eva and the respect I have for you" 

I couldn't stand and watched tears drop down from her eyes for my sake, my misfortune I caused upon myself.

"Sorry about that; I will inform your mum that you want to have a word with her, you just have to wait for her till she comes" Leica bends down to talk to me.

"How long will it take?! Do you know how many times you have said this word to me, Mrs Lecia?"

 I was getting angry, stood up from the floor then walked close to the window 

"I hate this word each time you say it, I can't talk to my mum like a daughter to a mother, she can't allow my dad to see me only through the telephone if he was something to say and I lost the motherly love I get from you" as I broke down in tears  

"but we are living in the same building, yet I can't still talk to anyone!!!! 

I screamed so hard, I couldn't hold it any longer; the anxiety, the pain and frustration.

"Trust me, it was not my fault that it happened, I never knew it was too strong in me" I try to explain.

"Elena, please let's respect this day for Eva" She moves closer to the door with the dish in her arms"

"I'm sorry" the door banged forcefully with the sound of padlock keys.

I went straight to the cameras while I couldn't control the tears, I know that my mum is watching 

"I want to be free!! Mum, I hate being here!!, I hate the torture of staying down here alone!!, I want to live like a normal person!!!" I screamed to each of the cameras. 

My right hand held the glass cup on the table and smashed it to the cameras angrily while I screamed because everything sucks.

At this time, I wish for death because I can't take it anymore- the isolation is eating my soul deeply.
