*Third Person's Pov*
When the night came, the rebels started to march from the capital to the palace. They brought torches to light their way and everyone is dressed in full battle gear.
"Tonight is the night that we are going to change history!" their leader shouted.
"Victory is ours!" everyone chanted.
When they reach the palace they tried to break the gates by putting fire on it. The palace guards were alarmed. They started to fire arrows to the rebels. Arrows fall like rain from the sky hitting some of them. Blood and fire scattered everywhere. Some of the rebels died in an instant while the others were wounded. But despite of the casualties they have experienced, they still manage to barge inside the palace. The war between the rebels and the palace guards started causing chaos all over the palace.
"Your majesty, rebels are now attacking the palace," one of the guards reported to their king. The king knows that the rebels are unstoppable for they really are against him. But he will do whatever it takes just to protect his family no matter how much it would cost him.
"What shall we do now hon?" the queen asked worriedly while hugging their unconscious daughter.
The king caressed his worried wife's face and then he spoke, "Nothing will happen to you and to our daughter. I'll make sure of that. I will protect you no matter what!"
The queen nodded and planted small kisses on her husband's hand.
"Take care of yourself as well. We don't know how to live without you," she said as tears started to fall from her eyes.
"I will!" the king promised then he kissed his wife and daughter's forehead . He took his sword afterwards and immediately run outside the princess's room to face the rebels.
Leana locked the door when the king left so that no one could enter to hurt the queen and princess.
"Aris the mighty God of war, I beg you to protect my husband and help him win against those rebels," the queen prayed.
"Amen," Leana and Kaira answered in unison.
The king encountered many bandits but he managed to defeat them all. Without hesitation, he used his sword against them. The smell of blood filled the whole palace. Yelps of pain and sorrows were heard from it's walls. Blood and dead bodies of the rebels and palace guards scattered everywhere.
"Whoever caused all of this will pay!" the king said angrily as he cut the head of the rebel who tried to block his way. The head rolled like a ball to the floor and the king's sword is now covered with blood.
"Are you serious about that my dear brother?" He turn around to see the person who speaks. He was shocked to see his sister Anatalia standing with a smirk on her face."Anatalia? Don't tell me this is all part of your evil schemes?" he shouted angrily."Of course my dear brother. Don't you think it's time for you to retire?" she answered sarcastically. The king clinched his jaw and started to point his sword to his own sister. "Seriously? Are you going to kill me? I am your only sister incase you forgotten!" Anatalia reminded him while laughing.
"You're right! You are my sister. And I have never imagined that you will be part of this rebellion!" the king said disappointedly.
"Why not? You never loved me as your sister! But don't worry the feeling is mutual!"
"What are you talking about Anatalia? I love you because you are my sister. Mom and dad left you under my care. After their death I promised to myself that I will always protect you!" Anatalia laughed harder because of her brother's words.
"Excuse me? I never felt protected! All I want is the throne! But instead of giving it to me, they gave it to you! And it's all because I'm a woman? So pathetic! They never realized that I'm way much better than you!" She took her sword and started to attack her own brother.
The king was left with no choice but to fight back. He hardly knows that Anatalia will not hesitate to kill him. She's too blinded by her jealousy and ambition to be able to think that they are siblings and should protect each other instead of fighting.
"Anatalia wake up! Stop this and I will forgive you!" he told her in the middle of their fight.
"Too late my dear brother! I am no longer a child that will listen to your lies. I will protect myself and my daughter!" She kicked the king on his stomach causing it to fall to the ground.
"Yaaaah!" She was about to thrust her sword to the king's heart when a palace guard came in and shoot an arrow at her. She was shoot directly into her heart and fell to the ground automatically.
"Anatalia!" the king cried after seeing his bloody sister. He went closer to her and tried to carry her in his arms.
"Please don't die," he begged while crying. Anatalia started to cry as well.
"I..I'm sorry bro..ther," she said using her weak voice. Now, she realized all her mistakes. She wanted to turn back the time so that she could change everything but it was too late for her.
"Don't talk, I will save you. You will not die!" She smiled weakly, now she realized how forgiving her brother is.
"I won't last long." She reach for her brother's hand and kissed the top of it. "Now I know why our parents chose you as king. And it's not because you're a man, but because your heart is pure unlike mine that's full of rage and jealousy. I'm so sorry brother," she apologized in the middle of her tears.
"Don't say that Talia, everyone commits mistakes but deserves forgiveness," the king told her. "Guards! Call the physician now!"
"Not everyone deserves forgiveness, please look after my daughter for me. Don't let her live in rage just like me. Please make her realize her mistakes. I now allow you to demote her as a princess temporarily. Bring back her title once she learns how to reflect on what she did to her own cousin. Please brother?" she begged.
"I will," the king answered and kisses his sister's forehead. Anatalia smiled as she slowly closes her eyes and accepts her fate.
*First Person's POV* Just as when I was about to blame myself, Leanna spoke, "No madame! The Gods did not sacrifice all of you!" The woman diverted her gaze to her. "And how did you know?" she asked while raising her left brow. "Because I'm one of the servants of the Gods. I am the guardian of the chosen one, and I know the whole story," Leanna stated while the woman stared at her with wide eyes. "So you're one of their accomplices? And you planned all of this just to know our whereabouts and sacrifice our lives once again? I really can't believe that the Gods could be that selfish! "No! I just want you to know the truth!" "We already know what the truth is!" the woman insisted."When we met the dark immortals earlier they told us that the reason why you hid yourselves down here, is that you are all selfish. But I did not believe them, because I don't want to judge someone without even knowing the truth. I just hope you will do the same with the God
First Person's POV; "ZION!" I heard Diane screaming Zion's name. She must've been worried about him but the big question in my mind right now is, why would Zion risk his life to protect me? I stared at his eyes but still I could not see any emotion from it. He's still as cold as ice. "Your highness ,you better not forget our mission. Don't be so careless, or you might get yourself killed," Stefan said and Zion automatically let go of me. It's as if he was burned or something. "Are you okay Ana?" Diane asked as she hurriedly run towards me. Lyndon and Leanna did the same thing and they started checking if I got wounds or bruises. "I'm fine guys, you don't have to worry about me," I told them with a smile. The three of them stared at Zion with confusions written all over their faces. They were probably thinking on why the hell would Zion save my life, when he's obviously one of our enemies wishing for my death. Well, I wonder the same thing though. Maybe it
*First Person's Pov*Our journey to the North side of the forest lasted for two dark days. We were all exhausted when we reach the pear plantation. The place was serene and just like the other side of the forest, we did not see even a single animal walking around. All we could see through the tiny light of the moon are tall pear trees with fruits shining as it's touched by the moonlight."How are we going to find the white oracles here? All that's here are pear trees," Diane said frustratingly."Haven't you heard what Leanna told us before we came here? Pears are what the white oracles eat. So I'm pretty sure we're going to find one here!" Lyndon told Diane with a glare. I can't believe these two are starting to have their quarrels again."Guys please just be quite. We're not trying to let them know we're here and run off, aren't we?" I hushed them out."Sorry Ana, it just that there's some grinch over here!" Diane rolled her eyes at Lyndon."So you dare to say that I'm a grinch?
*First Person's POV*Just by looking into his eyes I realised how much I've longed for him. And in a split second I found myself drowning in the valley of his gaze as I danced with the rhythm of my heart. I don't need a love like Romeo and Juliet's, nor of Edward and Bella. What I want is a unique and pure love whom I can call my own."Zion," I mumbled as the wind gently blows, touching his face. He stared at me emotionless, it's as if he doesn't even know who I am. How come? I thought our love was unforgettable. But it seems like I'm the only one who thinks that way."Oh my dear cousin." I was pulled out from my fantasies when I heard my cousin's voice."Amira? What are you doing here?" I asked her in disbelief. Don't tell me, that she and Zion came here together? My questions were answered when she clung to Zion's arms and smirked at me."Oh my dear cousin, it seems like you have fallen in love with someone you don't know," she told me with a smirk."What are you talking about
*Third Person's POV*"That chosen one is starting to piss me off!" Velion shouted angrily after receiving the news from the raven he sent to follow Princess Ana Mae."I did not know that they could easily know the secret on how to defeat those spirit knights," Amira said in disbelief. Velion stared at her angrily and she nervously swallowed the lump in her throat."And you! You're a coward! You should've fought with her instead of leaving those spirit knights alone!" he yelled at her. "You could've defeated her since I have given you a lot of powers. But you're still useless!""I'm sorry my king, I promise to do my job better next time. Just please don't punish me," she begged. She's too scared to be killed. She don't want to die without avenging her mom. Besides, all her efforts would be in vain if Velion would kill her now."Surely you will. Because if you fail this time, I will kill you without having a second thought," he warned her. "I promise my king, just tell me what you wan
*First Person's POV* The woods were covered with darkness and just like when we first entered this forest, we did not see even a single animal. Not even a chirp from a bird could be heard. "It's getting creepier in here," Diane whispered to me while biting her nail. It's some kind of mannerism for her whenever she fell nervous. "I know but we still have to travel to the North part of this forest. We need to find the white oracles as soon as possible," I told her. And with the tiny light from the moon, I saw her pout. "Yeah but don't you think we need to rest a bit? Those dark spirit knights drained all my strength," she complained which made me chuckle. "I think you're right. After all we're all exhausted after that intense fight ,we all deserve to rest," I agreed with her. "Let's look for a safe place to camp," Lyndon suggested. We all agreed and look for a safe place to stay. Leanna walked farther from us so she could check if the area is safe.
"What shall we do now?" Diane said in panick. They were on their way to Alectrona's home on top of the mountain. They were walking on the dark woods and there's not even a sign of life there. It seems like even the animals were hiding because they're too afraid of the never ending night. "If we see Alectrona there, it would be the best option for us to bring her with us to the heaven realm, but if she's no longer herself then we have to prepare to defend ourselves," Leanna reminded everyone."She's right, we have to be prepared for anything," Lyndon added."And where the hell do you think you're going?" A cold voice from behind suddenly spoke."Who's that?" Princess Ana shouted as she motioned everyone to ready their weapons. Lyndon took out his sword while Diane prepared her bow and arrow. Leanna stood infront of Princess Ana to protect her from sudden attacks."HAHAHAHAHA how rude of you my dear cousin. You seem to be forgetful nowadays. It's bad."All of a sudden Princess Ana reme
*Third Person's Pov*Alectrona the Goddess of the sun is on her way to her home on top of the mountain after having a chat with the Gods when all of a suddden she felt something strange around her. She looked around to check for someone following her but the woods were silent and all she could hear is the sound of the night owl."I know there's somebody following me," she said to herself. She could feel a dark aura behind her and it's making her nervous. She took out her sword to prepare herself from possible attacks."HAHAHAHAHAHA stupid Alectrona, don't tell me your powers are not that strong anymore? Why don't you call the sun to come out to help you find me." She felt goosebumps when she heard an evil voice behind her. The voice is so familiar to her."VELION!" she shouted angrily. "HAHAHAHAHA you got it right baby," the voice replied and in a split second she found herself being surrounded by dark smoke."You will never get me infected with your stupid miasma. NEVER!" she
*First Person's Pov*I've been like an idiot waiting for the rubies and doves to appear. The prophecy might be wrong, or maybe my mortal parents found a different child and I'm not really the Goddess of Love's daughter. And just when I thought I disappointed everyone, I saw hope on their faces when I opened my eyes. They all believe in me, and I should be doing the same thing to myself."I can do this!" I encouraged myself before I closed my eyes once again.I thought about everyone, about the two worlds that I need to protect from Velion's greed. And in my vission I saw the children's innocent faces, couples living a happy life together, trees, animals. Everyone is living a happy and peaceful life, and I could not afford to fail them. They all deserve a life like that and it will all depend on me. I'm the chosen one and I should believe that the prophecy chose me because I am strong and capable."Wow they're beautiful!" I automatically opened my eyes when I heard Diane's words. And
