"Marry Me." I heard him say the two words that froze me at my place.

"Marry Me, Muffin." My breath got hitched at his proposal. I was already stunned at his confession.

It's not like I didn't know he loves me but for the first time he spoke out his heart in front of me. He had opened his heart and confessed everything that I had never expected knowing how reserve of a person, my Dhruv is.

I was in a state of shock when he held both of my hands again and said, "Muffin, I know you love me too. Let's get married. I want to spend the rest of my life with you only. I don't want anything just you, please say yes."

I closed my eyes to sink in everything. It was a lot to take in, first grandpa's request and now Dhruv's proposal. My heart was in pain looking at Dhruv's state. And as always my mind and brain were having conflicts. I let those two organs fight and sat down in front of him holding his hands.
