She slowly pulled off me and gave me a sultry smile. I put my fingers up and gently ran them over the proudly glowing mark on my neck. It tingled to the touch, but there was no pain. Her saliva had sealed the venom inside. The bruise and teeth marks would last a few days before my werewolf healing would eventually kick in. And then she’ll just have to mark me again, and again, until the next full moon. The idea excited me, and her turquoise eyes flashed at me knowingly.

The scent between us was deep and infused, and I couldn’t be happier. I gently grabbed her by the back of her head and pulled her toward my face, kissing her deeply.
