CHAPTER 24

KIRA & DIMITRI

As Dimitri hugged her, he did not feel turned on, instead he felt complete. And as Kira’s hands wrapped around his body, he forgot all about the worries of the world, he forgot all of his business and rival problems. He forgot everything. All the mattered to him in the moment was the small, fragile girl who wanted nothing but love in her life.

Kira was sobbing harshly in his arms. She said she had never been hugged before, and partially that was true. She had causally hugged Yana only this morning, but that was different. Being properly hugged meant care and affection. Being properly hugged meant love. Being properly hugged meant this – the way Dimitri was holding her at the moment.

She pulled back slowly, but did not wish to let go off him. Her vision was little fazed due to the tears, she glanced at his face, he was tear stricken too but was not wailing like she just did. He looked at
