Chapter 2

Author: Witch
When I got home in a daze, it was already dark.

As soon as I entered the living room, I saw Serina affectionately feeding Leonard a piece of fruit, and he smiled and ate it. Under the table, her stocking-clad foot was amorously rubbing against his calf.

It was a sore sight. My stomach churned, and I just wanted to escape immediately.

"You're home?" Leonard asked suddenly.

I froze and softly replied, "Yes."

"I've prepared hot water for you in the bathroom. Hurry and wash up." His tone was normal, and a little gentler.

I was stunned, wondering how Leonard thoughtfully prepared bath water for me.

After I stayed silent for a while, he suddenly slammed his hand on the table. "You're all dirty since you got back. Is it too hard for you to clean up?"

Serina leaned against him, smiling smugly and interjecting sweetly, "Leonard, don't do this. Ms. Lydia might just be tired from being busy. Unlike me, she doesn't know you have an obsession with cleanliness."

Leonard was enraged. He rushed over, grabbed my collar, and slammed me against the wall. The suffocating pressure tightened around me as he lifted me, pain written on my face. "I told you to go shower! You hear me?"

The shrill sound of tearing fabric rang.

He ripped all my clothes off in front of Serina, leaving me standing naked before them. My fair skin was riddled with red and swollen abrasions from years of disinfectant application.

Far from being surprised, Serina moved into a more comfortable position. Her gaze swept over my exposed skin; her eyes filled with undisguised mockery, as if admiring an object. Her blatant gaze made my chest tighten, making it hard to breathe.

Leonard took me to the bathroom door like I was a dirty rag, his eyes overflowing with disgust. It was as if even touching me would dirty his hands.

Tears ran down my face without me even realizing. I took a deep breath; it would all be over in a couple of days anyway. A shower would not hurt.

Pulling back the shower curtain, I discovered that the bathroom window was open much larger than usual. I hurried to close it, completely forgetting I was bare naked.

The window was wide open, unable to be closed.

I had just realized my chest was exposed when I met the lewd gaze of a pack of unfamiliar male wolves in the distance. They were staring at me brazenly, commenting obscenely.

"She was the most beautiful she-wolf in Silvermoon Pack back in the day. Take a good look, or she'll be sold to those old Alphas in a couple of days."

"Don't just look! We have a mission today. Make sure you can film clearly, or we will not get a good price!"

"She has a great figure. She’d be a good sex slave."

I froze. The thought that Leonard had arranged this made my heart feel as though it were being ripped apart. The pain made my vision blur as I almost fainted. I hurriedly crouched down, hugging myself tightly and curling into a ball.

The night breeze from outside the window felt like knives against my exposed skin. I trembled uncontrollably. Tears poured out as my throat was choked with five years' worth of grievances.

'If my father were still alive, I would never have to suffer like this. I miss home so much, so so much...' I thought as I desperately held back my tears, terrified Leonard would hear and tie me up so people could see me.

Outside, Serina's wanton moans blared unabashedly.

Leonard confessed passionately, "Darling, don't worry, I've never touched her. You are the one I care about most. She broke us up. A shameless she-wolf like her deserves this."

Serina's moans came in waves. Leonard completely forgot about me, and I was frozen stiff.

As dawn approached, Leonard finally opened the door, tossing me a tattered towel. "I forgot you were here."

There was not a hint of apology in his voice. "I got busy and forgot."

Just then, the phone rang, and he answered it right in front of me.

"I got the video. I did not expect her to be such a gem. Those old Alphas are eager for a figure like hers."

Leonard chuckled softly. "I told you. Do not let her current appearance fool you. She's got a good foundation. We'll definitely fetch a good price this time."

Leonard's joke spread throughout all the packs.I thought all the harm I suffered would disappear along with it. I never expected Serina to come to me. She was no longer as gorgeous as before. Her long hair was disheveled and loose, and her body was all covered up. However, ligature marks could still be seen on her neck. Her voice was hoarse yet shrill. "Lydia! Are you happy now? Are you secretly laughing when you see me like this?"I put down the pruning tool in my hand and slowly looked at her."If it weren't for you, would Leonard have hit me?" She screamed hysterically. Just experiencing such pain once was enough to drive one crazy."He tied me up in the water dungeon and beat me! He even... even wanted to give me away like I'm a commodity to please those old Alphas who could still offer him a bit of protection!"Her whole body trembled violently. "You ruined me! You took everything away from me!"She suddenly moved closer. As if she thought of something, she added with f

Andes had always been the most fearsome presence in Grayrock Pack. As the Alpha who single-handedly pushed Grayrock Pack, which was on the verge of collapse, to its peak, he had always believed in the survival of the fittest. He never compromised for the sake of personal feelings. His ruthlessness and absolute authority made all the wolf packs wary of him. For some reason, he was so cautious that he did not seem like a decisive Alpha when facing me.Zackrie had told him everything long ago, but when facing the snow-pure me, my tears almost made him faint from heartbreak. At that moment, he inwardly made a blood vow to kill all the male wolves who had seen me naked, and he was going to torment Leonard bit by bit.Leonard did not take Lydia's departure to heart at first. He just thought she was throwing a tantrum and would come back crying sooner or later. However, just a few days later, his cronies who had participated in the market transactions disappeared one after another. S

After I returned to Silvermoon Pack, Zackrie placed me in the house my father left me. The room was still exactly the same as before. He even deliberately left an Omega to serve me."Miss, the former Alpha specifically instructed that your house should always remain in its original state for your return. I have assigned the most meticulous Omega in the pack to take care of you. Let me know if you need anything." Zackrie stood at the door, his tone respectful and tinged with an uncontainable sense of heartache. My nose felt sore as my eyes instantly reddened. "Zackrie, thank you..."I was very grateful to him for being willing to stand up for me. After all, such a thing was so disgraceful.Seeing my sad expression, Zackrie comforted me, "Your father once said that Silvermoon Pack would always accept you. By the way, do you still remember Andes? The male wolf that once asked your father for your hand. He's now the Alpha of Grayrock Pack."Of course, I remembered him. Back then, he w

Serina was slapped so hard that she staggered and nearly fell. She covered her burning cheeks in disbelief as tears poured out of her eyes. "Darling, you... you hit me?"Her voice trembled uncontrollably, unable to believe that Leonard, who had once been so gentle to her, would actually lay a hand on her. "You've never shouted at me before. You said you would forever be gentle to me and that you wanted me to be your Luna and your only mate. But why haven't you been in a good mood since you came back today? Could it be that you have feelings for Lydia? You can't bear to part with her, can you?"Leonard felt like someone had hit a raw nerve; he shot up from his seat. His Alpha aura surged, making Serina shiver. Pointing at her, he bellowed, "Serina, have you f*cking lost your mind? What nonsense are you spouting?""Did I say something wrong?"Serina was so frightened by his imposing manner that she took a half step back, but she still retorted, "You said you accepted Lydia as your ma

Zackrie hurried to the iron cage with a grim expression. He took off his black cloak and quickly wrapped me up tightly. When Leonard saw members of Silvermoon Pack, his face paled instantly as he was clearly panicked. He turned his head fiercely and glared at me, roaring, "How dare you betray me? You contacted them secretly?"Zackrie glanced icily at Leonard and answered coldly, "Leonard, I'll explain everything you've done to the pack council. The former alpha of Silvermoon Pack said before that we'll accept Ms. Lydia back to Silvermoon Pack whenever she wants. And we'll always remember what you've done to Ms. Lydia."The manager in charge of the market transactions rushed over in a hurry from afar. His joy made his face distorted, completely unaware that he was speaking at the wrong time."Sirs! Those old Alphas are so eager that they are almost fighting over this special item tonight! An Alpha offered 50 bags of spirit stones! The others were triggered and vied to raise their pr

I felt weak all over as I tried my best to break free from the restraints on my body, but all I got in return was even more desperate pain.Just as those male wolves were about to strip me completely naked. In my blurry vision, I saw Leonard slowly turning his head around. At that moment, my heart felt as if it were being clenched tightly.Deep down in my heart, I hoped that he would at least have a shred of pity for me, and at least he refused to have me completely stripped of my dignity in front of these male wolves. Tears of grievance could not help flowing. I choked back tears, lowering myself to beg him as I had countless times before. "Leonard, please. Don't let them see me naked... Please..."Despair had imprisoned me in the abyss.Leonard turned his head around and glanced at me. There seemed to be a hint of tenderness in his eyes, just like when he still loved me back then, which made my heart tremble sharply.Serina noticed his tenderness and immediately hugged his arm t
