Trust these two crazy people?

Ah, that's clearly impossible for an Ethan Miller who always thinks rationally.

He was clearly still very sane. He didn't believe the things described by these two men who look normal but turn out to have brain disorders.

However, he was very curious about his back, which hurt so much. The doctor who examined him found no abnormalities in his body.

But, he couldn't deny that the pain he felt that night was beyond what he could bear. It was so painful that he couldn't stand it anymore.

Due to his curiosity that was almost suffocating him, Ethan finally decided to swallow the nonsense.

"If your explanation makes sense, I ... might believe you."

Xavier smiled with relief upon hearing this.

Even though he knew that the look in Ethan's eyes showed the opposite. It was clear that Ethan would not easily believe him.

However, Xavier was happy enough that at least Ethan was willing to listen to his explanation. That was good enough for him.

He even began to believe that, slowly but surely, Ethan would come to trust him completely.

"All right, now tell me everything you know!" Ethan commanded.

Xavier nodded obediently and began his story, "A long time ago, about three thousand years ago, there lived the King of the Eastern Sea Dragons who ruled the eastern seas."

He paused for a moment before continuing, "He passed on his great healing knowledge to his son. For thousands of years, this knowledge has always been passed down.”

"However, this knowledge can only be passed down to male descendants born during a full moon. For decades, this knowledge could not be passed down because no male descendants were born during a full moon."

Ethan almost gave a sarcastic response, but he tried to hold his tongue and kept his mouth shut to listen to the man's explanation.

"But ... one day, the sign of the heir to the Dragon King's knowledge began to appear in the sky again."

Ethan immediately furrowed his brow, feeling surprised, but he did not react, so Xavier assumed that Ethan understood the beginning of the story.

Ethan raised his right eyebrow, looking interested. "What kind of sign?"

Joss replied, "A sign in the form of a bright blue light at night that shines above the sky."

Ethan fell silent again.

"As soon as we saw that important sign, we rushed to that place and there we found you lying with wounds all over your body in the heavy rain," Joss said.

Ethan sighed softly, still unsure how to respond.

But two seconds later, he heard Xavier say, "That blue light was shining so brightly from your body. It came from the mark on your back."

Joss observed the confused expression on Ethan’s face and added, "The pain you feel is because the dragon energy inside your body is beginning to rise and flow through your blood vessels."

Hearing Joss's explanation, Ethan asked, "Dragon energy? What does that mean?"

Xavier swallowed hard and bit his lower lip, looking hesitant to answer.

"Before I answer, would you mind showing us your back?"

Ethan's eyes widened, staring at Xavier with a look of horror, "Hey, you ... what do you mean?"

Xavier replied calmly, "I want to prove that what I said is true."

Ethan was stunned.

Feeling as if he had no other choice, Ethan finally took off his shirt with Yandra's somewhat awkward assistance.

Ah, he had never done anything so embarrassing in front of other people, even his own girlfriend.

But for the sake of finding out something that had been puzzling him, he was willing to do it.

Ethan was then asked to walk in front of a very large mirror located at the edge of the room.

To be honest, Ethan began to worry because even though the story told by the two men sounded like a fairy tale, he did not see a hint of doubt on their faces.

It was as if everything they said was the truth.

Before Ethan had a chance to see his own back, he saw Xavier smiling and even Joss smiling so widely that his teeth were visible when he looked at the mirror behind Ethan.

"You are truly the heir to the Dragon King's knowledge."

"There is no doubt that you are indeed a Medical God."

Xavier then took another mirror so that Ethan could see the reflection of his back.

Ethan's jaw dropped when he saw that his back, which should have been clean of anything including wounds, was now covered in tattoos.

His eyes stared in disbelief, "Tattoos? How can there be tattoos on my back?"

He shook his head in confusion and amazement, "I never made these tattoos."

Xavier replied, "Sir, those tattoos are a sign that you are indeed the God of Medicine."

Ethan still couldn't believe it.

When he looked closely at the tattoo, he could clearly see that in the center was a big dragon with several stars surrounding it.

When he counted them, there were seven stars.

What does this mean? Ethan thought, confused.

However, his brain sent him a signal that it was all nonsense.

With a confused expression, Ethan stared in disbelief at the two men who had been filling his head with all sorts of strange things.

"No. This must be your doing, right?" Ethan accused suspiciously.

"You are the ones who did this. You are the ones who made this tattoo on my back."

Xavier and Joss didn't seem surprised by Ethan's reaction, as if they had expected it.

Ethan took a few steps back, "You guys must have taken advantage of the time when I was unconscious. Right?"

"What is your real purpose? Why make up such a ridiculous story? You guys ... want to blackmail me? Hey, man. I'm not a rich person you can ask for money."

He was breathing heavily because his condition was not yet stable enough.

Apparently, using his energy to get angry had caused him to lose most of his strength.

Joss quickly approached Ethan and said, "Please rest first, Sir!"

Xavier wanted to help Ethan, but Ethan avoided him and said, "Tell me! Who actually told you to do this?"

He immediately walked over to some female nurses and pretended to be in pain."Sir, can I help you?""Which room are you in? Let me help you get back there.""Who is your doctor? I will call your doctor immediately."The three nurses immediately offered to help Ethan, whose face still looked a little pale.Ethan shook his head, "I ... just feel a little pain in my back.""Oh, do you have a broken bone?"Ethan shook his head again and said, "No, but I don't know why my back hurts so much. Can I ask for help?""What kind of help, Sir?" one of the nurses asked.Ethan, with a pained expression on his face, replied, "Can you look at my back? I mean ... is there anything strange on my back?" The three nurses immediately fell silent and glanced at each other, looking suspiciously at the man in front of them. Ethan, noticing the change in the nurses' expressions, quickly added, "I don't kno

There are many problems in my body, and only with the power of the dragon energy that you possess can I be cured," Xavier said patiently."And how can I do that? I'm not a doctor. I'm just an ordinary servant, Sir," Ethan said, increasingly puzzled."Sir, you-""Since we're at the hospital, how about you find the best doctor here?" Ethan suggested.Xavier smiled faintly

The man wearing a neat black suit, whose right arm was being held by Ethan, replied, "I'll explain later. Now, let me call a doctor to examine you."Ethan was stunned, hesitating to let go of the man as if worried that he would run away. But he heard the man speak again in a reassuring tone, "I won't go anywhere. Your health is far more important right now."Hearing this, Ethan decided to let him go. He was convinced that the man was most likely the one who had helped him. After all, his head still hurt so much. Letting the doctor examine him would clearly be beneficial for him."Thank you, please wait a moment," the man said in a formal tone, as if he were talking to his superior.Actually, Ethan could hardly keep his mouth shut and not ask the young man immediately, but he tried to restrain himself. Two minutes later, Ethan was surprised by the arrival of a group of doctors and nurses who entered his room.Ethan, who was surprised, then realized something. "Boss, we've brought the waiter out front!" A man sitting comfortably on a sofa smoking a premium cigarette grinned, "Bring that rat in!""Yes, boss."In just six seconds, the person who had been given the order walked back in. However, this time he was not alone. Another man wearing the same black uniform as him had come along to help him drag another man.The man's hands were tied tightly, and his eyes were covered with a thick black cloth. He was forced to sit on the floor, right in front of a man with an ice cold expression on his face. The bound man struggled, trying to free himself. Unfortunately, his efforts ended in failure. His thin body was no match for the two men who held him down and pressed him hard so he couldn't move.In the end, he was forced to give up his desire to free himself and remained silent in despair.Who are these people? Why did they kidnap me? Have I offended someone? the man who was wearing a white shirt that was stained in many places, thought.Meanwh
