Chapter 47

Edward turned to someone who was behind him.

"Violet? Since when did you come here?" Edward tidied up some papers that were on the clerk's table outside the special room.

"Is Carver here?" she asked.

"Come here? Why is Carver here Violeth? Father gave him the papers he needed to study yesterday," Edward replied.

Violeth has her back to her father who still looks busy tidying up important papers.

"Carver isn't here? Where is he then?" she muttered.
