Chapter Twenty-Three

~Sebastian’s POV~

The next day, I called Sophia to inform her that I wouldn't be able to make it tonight. I still need to wait on the troops and also fix the place where my men would stay in the palace. I had so much on my head the new task they have given me was a huge obligation. I also need to worry about trying to keep this whole thing a secret to everyone plus the fact that there can be something bad coming.

"Babe, I can't wait to see you. Are you on your way back?" Sophia answered her phone excitedly upon the first ring.
