Chapter Twenty-Two

~Sebastian POV~

If anyone can be happy as I am now, I doubt it. Sophia just told me that she's now my girlfriend. I was so happy that at last she was giving me a chance to prove myself to her. I tried to focus on the meeting but I can't help thinking about her. I was out of focus.

The council was insane; they were insisting that we try to start a new policies and rules. They plan to start a new reign of power to be unleashed with the humans and wolves. They are proposing to appoint a leader that would be crowned king and queen.

The argument was on going for two days. Majority was insisting that it was a good idea to have a human or a werewolf to be declared as the leaders. They were suggesting that we conduct a competition to choose the rightful leaders. The council is composed of ten individuals: Two elderly wolves, five werewolves and three humans.
