It was back in the 1820’s. I lived in a little village on the coast of Norway with my parents. I had volunteered to go hunting that night for my father because I needed to let my lycan out. We were both stressed out and need to blow some of it off. I had been out in the woods under the full moon for over an hour when I smelt something. *Present Day* I would often find myself just staring at my second chance mate. I was still trying to accept the fact that I even had another mate. For us lycans, second chance mates are unheard of. The odds are like one in a million for our kind. So you can damn well bet that I was going to do everything I could to keep her. If she said jump, then I was asking how high? If she said kiss my shoes, then I was baseball sliding to them like they were home plate! I was falling, and falling hard at that, for this woman. I wasn’t sure what to do at this point. Do I wake her up and question her about this? Do I let her sleep and deal with it when she gets up? I had so many questions running through my mind at the moment. As I was having an internal battle, she stirred on the couch. Her movement catching my eye and causing me to look in her direction. *One Month Ago*“Babe we need to get the nursery done!” Chelsea was in a mood today.I could tell it was getting close because she was starting to do what I’ve been told is nesting. She would freak out about the smallest things not being done, or if she felt we didn’t have enough of something for the baby. Right now she was freaking out because I didn’t have the crib put together yet. My travels overseas had been going great. There was only one alpha that we had issues with. That was taken care of relatively easy and quickly. I later learned that he was a horrible alpha anyways and ran his pack on fear more than respect. Once I felt that pack was in good hands, showed the new alpha how to run things, while also giving him the contact information for the neighboring pack alpha, Gunner and I left to return home.It was so nice to be back home again. I walked around the table and knelt down by her side. Jax was watching me very closely as he knew what was going on. She was trying not to shift into her dragon right here in this room.“Mags? *Jax's POV*Charlie and I started walking in the opposite direction of everyone else.
