When they went to Mr. Eric's office earlier, they gave each staff member a letter. Those that are posted to Lagos received theirs. Like two others that will follow Jay to Edo got theirs, and those he doubted, especially Jay's supervisor, were handed theirs nicely. And those who he had not found fault in them, got their letter of salary increment, every one with his letter. At about 1:25 noon, the meeting was closed and everyone formed a group to discuss the content of their letter, some headed home straight as Jay did.
