Chapter Seven -The supreme luna quarters

“Know your place,” He says, leaving the room.

I staggered, holding the bedpost to balance myself.

All my fantasies and daydreaming washed down the drain, I imagined my mate to be a loving, caring yet protective wolf rather I am fated to a ruthless alpha who doesn't even want me.

The brass doors creaked open, revealing a werewolf dressed in guard uniform.

He looks confused as he closes the door, his shirt getting stuck in between.

“I thought he said he was sending a maid.” The guard looks up at me, smiling nervously, pulling his shirt out of the doors.

“Sorry, your highness, I'm not who you expected. Your personal bodyguard, your lady-in-waiting, and the maids are assembled in your quarters, waiting for your arrival.”

“The Supreme Luna's Quarters is located at the west wing, while the supreme alpha's Quarters is located at the east wing.”

My eyes widened in fear, I rubbed my palms against each other as he led me out of the supreme Alpha's chambers and out of his quarters.
