The light master and Alex were struggling to keep up with the Golden Shifters that surrounded them. The moment they felt that they had defeated one, two would attack them.
Most of their comrades had been swallowed by the Cyclops. Even if someone was left, they had eloped.
Eva sneaked up behind Albert and with a smooth move thrust one of the daggers into his back.
A scream erupted from Albert and he fell to the ground. Then right before everyone’s eyes his body transformed into a wisp of dark smoke and vanished.
