Kashmir panicked and covered her mouth with her hand. Amaro laughed, his deep booming laugh reverberated around the room.
"You phone Joyce now." He stood up and sauntered toward his table.
Kashmir took her iPhone and dialled Joyce's number. Joyce answered the call at once.
"Hello, Kashmir. Why did you call? Is something wrong?" Joyce spoke fast as if she was in a hurry.
"Hi, Joyce. Are you busy?" Kashmir asked while looking at her nails. Kashmir couldn't recognize what she felt at the thought of her wedding.
"No, I am not. I am having my lunch at the company cafeteria now." she said to Kashmir.
"I am sorry to disturb you Joyce." she said apologetically.
