"Kashmir, girl. We have to do your makeup now." Fatima said to Kashmir as she finished setting up her makeup kit at a table beside the vanity mirror.
Kashmir sat at the stool and Fatima began to do her makeup. "Girl, I am going to make you the most beautiful bride of the century," Fatima giggled.
Kashmir chuckled at Fatima's words. After an hour Fatima was done with Kashmir's makeup and hairstyle.
"Girl, the prince certainly will not take his eyes off you." Fatima was pleased at the outcome.
Kashmir's make up was light as always, she didn't want her face covered with thick and heavy makeup and her hair style was long, loose waves with a tiara. The maidservants helped Kashmir don her wedding gown.
"Kashmir, you really loo
After the wedding celebration, Amaro and Kashmir left for the airport. They boarded the plane an hour after the wedding celebration. Kashmir went to bed as she felt exhausted. As she laid down the bed she felt Amaro pulled her towards him. He let her head lean against his chest. He took Kashmir's arm to wrap around his torso. "Goodnight love." He kissed her forehead and closed his eyes. He thought making love to her now is a bad idea as she is already exhausted. In no time both of them are dead to the world. They woke up 30 minutes just before they landed. They checked in at a five star hotel in Zurich. When they were in their suite Kashmir looked at the clock in the suite, it's 2 am. Since she still felt sleepy she went to the bed and slept, Amaro could not do anything but join her and both of them slept until 6 in the morning.
They left for Santorini, Greece, after spending a day in Athens. Amaro booked a villa for them. At sunset, Kashmir wanted to swim. She wore her bikini, donned a robe and walked towards the private balcony where the pool is situated. Amaro was at the sun lounger looking at his MacBook. He didn’t notice Kashmir drawing near the other sun lounger as he was reading an important email. Kashmir took her robe off and went near the edge of the pool and dive. Amaro looked at the pool as soon as he heard the splashing of water. He saw Kashmir swimming in her ravishing bikini. He looked at the email to continue reading it but he couldn't understand what he was reading because his attention now is on his wife. He tried to reread the email but it was in vain because he really can't concentrate. Hence, he closed
Kashmir is sitting on a stool in front of a vanity mirror, she looked at herself and then took the pair of earrings and wore it, then she took the necklace. "Do you need my help, wife?" Amaro walked towards her. Kashmir gave him the necklace, then Amaro put it on her neck. After that, Amaro planted a light kiss on her neck. Kashmir stiffened as she felt that feeling again. She really wants them to go back to Dubai so she could seek help from physicians or psychiatrists maybe. They have been in Paris for two weeks now. They have the cycle of being sweet and warm then cold; Kashmir saw that pattern in their relationship. When she refuses Amaro's advances in their intimacy he becomes distant and cold after a couple of days he becomes warm again. Tonight, he's sweet and warm. He had been cold to her for two days and
After the call ended, Kashmir received a text message from Amaro that he won't be back until late at night. Kashmir felt like her heart sank. Her tears began rolling on her cheeks. "You are such a cry baby Kashmir. You do something to get your husband's affection back." She scolded herself as she wiped her cheeks. "I don't want to stay here the whole day, I will be bored. What should I do? I don't have any friends here." Kashmir mumbled. Then, she remembered Alexander and Vanessa, so she took the card Alexander gave and dialled his number. "Hello" Alexander said. "Mr. Alexander, it's Kashmir." said Kashmir. "Oh hi, Kashmir. Vanessa and I are talking about you." h
It was already five in the afternoon when Kashmir bade goodbye to the couple and went back to their suite and carefully thought about her decision. Amaro was in a business meeting so she would be having her dinner alone. She opted to have dinner in the restaurant located on the first floor of the hotel rather than eating in the suite alone. When she was dining her attention was caught by a couple dining and they were acting lovey dovey. Kashmir looked at them wistfully and thought of Amaro. Amaro had always been sweet toward her but it was her who had pushed him away. Even after getting married she evaded his advances and deprived him of his marital rights. She thought that because he loved her so much, he won't get tired of her after not giving what he needs. She was wrong and she wanted to rectify her mistakes before it's too late for her. After setting her bill, Kashmir went back to their suite and prepared the place for their wedding night. It's been long overdue for thre
Kashmir was woken up when she felt Amaro's warm lips on hers. She squinted to look at Amaro. "Good morning, sleeping beauty." he said to her as he nibbled her lower lips. She pushed him away and quickly covered her mouth with the duvet. "Hey, what's wrong?" Amaro chuckled, he was pretending not to know the reason. He knew that she didn't want him to smell her morning breath. Kashmir rolled her eyes "You know that I don't want you to smell my breath when I just woke up in the morning." "There's nothing wrong with your breath when you just woke up," he smiled. "It doesn't smell bad." Amaro said but Kashmir was still covering her mouth. "But, I don't want you kissing my l
"Congratulations!" Kashmir exclaimed while she clapped her hands like a small child. She was genuinely happy for the couple. She was a witness of all they went through to fight for their love. Alexander had been through a lot just to protect Vanessa from his mother's prejudice and hostility. Even when he was threatened to lose his position, he still chose Vanessa. At that, his mother could do nothing but criticize Vanessa and vent her anger on Kashmir. Kashmir really admired the couple. "I am here to buy her croissants, she's craving them. She said that there's a shop here that makes the most delicious croissants in the city." Kashmir could hear the excitement in Alexander's voice. "Do you want to come with me? Alexander asked her when she saw her smiling from ear to ear. "Alright, I'll go with you since I have nowhere to go." she said, with a starry gaze. "Let's go," Alexander said and held her elbow. They bought a dozen croissants. On their way back to the hotel, they were p
"Amaro love, when are we going back to Dubai?" she asked while they were seated on the couch overlooking the Eiffel Tower. "I missed the palace and I want to go home now." she continued and wrapped her arm around Amaro's waist. She missed the queen and king and their life in the palace. The place where Amaro wooed her. That's the place where the man who was now her husband showed her that she's loved and cherished. "Home" Amaro quoted the word, he took note the way Kashmir said the word. In the past, Kashmir never had mentioned the palace as home. "Why did you say the palace was your home?" he was curious as to what she would answer him. Kashmir turned on her side, propped up on her elbow on the backrest, hand supporting her head. "The palace is our home because that's the place most of our memories were made. Those memories I will cherish as long as I am alive." She fixedly looked into Amaro's eyes. "We made our memories together in this suite, so you see it as 'home'?" H
