Chapter 44- "So what if we're here in META?"

Royce Miller's POV

After I texted Vera last night, I slumped down on the sofa bed inside my brother's private room and took a rest. I only slept for three hours because I was not feeling comfortable seeing my brother in his situation. I quickly looked at my watch and it's already six in the morning. I looked around the room until my eyes landed on Reid's hospital bed. I really can't help but feel so sorry for my brother. I don't know long how he will stay in that condition or if there's still a chance he would regain his consciousness. I stood up and walked into him.

"Bro, please wake up. You are needed in META. You know I couldn't be like you for a long time. ", I whispered.

"Son, are you okay?", dad asked, tapping my shoulder.

"We will go back to LA now son, I know you have a lot of things to do in META. Just go and take your bath because our private plane will be here in thirty minutes" mom said and han
