“It’s a little wonder you were the best graduating student” Nate commented as they shared a laugh

They talked about their college experiences. Ruby went on to tell him about how she dated a guy who didn’t like peanut butter and jelly.

“He must be a real loser then,” Nate laughed again. “Who the hell doesn’t like peanut butter and jelly?”

They had ordered another set of fries and shared a plate. Ruby had just fifteen minutes with him and he wanted to make it the best. It hurt so much but he successfully put up a bright smile. Why it hurt so much wasn’t clear to him, it wasn’t like she meant anything to him.

It reminded him of when he lost his father. Mr Jacobin had shown signs of recovery and the doctors said they were going to clear him in a week's time.

Grace put in all the effort, she picked out the best of his suits for him. After being sick for months, everyone was happy to have him back on board. Nate remembered vividly how excited he was when he heard the news. He
