Chapter 27

Emily

When she was done with the preparations in her house, she left, heading towards Charlie's house. That was where the party would be held. Emily was giddy with excitement over what he'll say and do when he saw his surprise birthday party. She hasn't told Leslie or Amanda about her relationship with Charlie, a boy whom she had met on one of her numerous outings. Emily knew that if Amanda or Leslie even got a whiff about her relationship, they would loose it.

They were like three peas in a pod, going and going everything together. They never kept secrets away from each other which just made Emily sad because she was breaking one of their cardinal rules but she couldn't help it because deep down, she wasn't really sure about her and Charlie's relationship.
