Chapter Sixteen

Roy stood and chuckled to Ethan's plans. He stood before Alpha Luke who's back was turned against him. "Roy, you're here... you must have heard what happened." He asked, feeling tense. Roy kept silent, his eyes directed on him. He thought about what to say to get Luke on his side.

"You didn't catch them, fleeing away from the pack or trying to escape... The guards had told you what they heard from Priya." He said, making frequent gestures.

"What do you mean?" He asked

"I mean, we have to hear from Cara before deciding what to do with them." He answered

Alpha Luke seemed agitated, listening to what Roy said. He turned to ask why he was concerned about her. The only time he got to see them both was when she had the fight with the Omegas.

"Are you speaking for her... You don't even know her," Alpha looked shrugged.

"It's about justice and not letting your emotions cloud your judgement... Priya must have done something that stirred up her wolf to react that way." He said with confidenc
