The following day, Emily's wolf was still filled with happiness, a feeling she had never experienced before. It was so infectious that it brought joy to her as well. Even if Laura did not show up during her class with Scarlett, she never felt any negativity at all.

Her mind flew back to what had occurred last night. Argus had helped her study the book of Lycans and had even explained the contexts she was having trouble understanding. Then they fell asleep on her bed. She remembered him caressing her hair, their bodies facing each other, and the feeling of him kissing her forehead that made her smile.

The loud sound of a book landing on her desk ripped her from her thoughts. She looked up and saw Scarlett leaning forward with a grin.

"Looks like you're still daydreaming, Luna Emily," she said, her lips popping as she uttered the word "Luna".
