Chapter 11

Sam replied quietly, her tail wagging betraying her excitement.  

“Ok, I think we should wait until we leave, I just have a feeling that Henry isn't telling us everything,” Thomas said annoyed.

“I was going to suggest that because I have the same feeling.” Sam said her tail lashing. I wouldn`t be surprised if he had something to do with the pups being kidnapped. Sam was brought out of her thoughts by Thomas announcing it was time to go. She scarfed down the rest of her food and got up. They started walking and Sam looked around her. 

They were surrounded by trees, flowers, bushes, tall grass, and in the far distance she could see the mountain peaks. From this distance, it looked as if it was more than a few weeks away. 

Rain was walking in the back to keep an eye out for danger from behind and to help anyone who fell behind.
