Daphne

The pan fell from my hand this time. It was bad enough knowing that he was Lilah’s son and he was already this big. But shifting from a wolf to a Lycan. Was that even possible? I certainly did not know enough about them to know that this could happen.

Linc’s mouth is hanging open. He hadn’t even looked away. Within seconds Aiden is stumbling backwards, crashing onto the sofa and his body quickly changes back to a small boy, although slightly taller than before.

His breathing is heavy. His chest rapidly moves up and down as he tries to catch his breath. Whatever had happened inside of him, it was too much for him to handle.

“Aiden?”

“Here” He mutters breathlessly. His hand shooting up from the sofa to let me know he was okay.

“Are you?”

He sits up, staring back at me with Lilah’s eyes. “I’m okay Auntie Daphne.”

Aiden pulls the jacket back around him as I try to make sense of what I just witnessed.

“Does your dad know?” Linc mutters.

Seriously, do they need to be blabbing on every one on every turn. It is time to find out about the why or how.

this is getting a bit ridiculous. Everyone is so worried about keeping a secret, lest they be accused of lying, that they are running around blurting everything with no tact. It's really starting to take away from the story
