“What are you saying Colt?”

“I saw him move.”

“Colt, your mind is just playing tricks on you. You loved him like a brother, just like Callie did. But he’s gone, Colt. He isn’t coming back.”

“Maybe he is.” I was certain I had seen him move. Not much, just a twitch.

She shakes her head at me. “I’ve seen him, Colt, I know that you stabbed him in the heart with a knife. No one can survive that.”

“Colt, you are sleep deprived. It’s been days since you’ve actually slept for more than an hour. This is just your mind playing tricks on you.”

I look into her pleading eyes. “Maybe you’re right.”

Could Knox have bitten Linc and now he is half vampire? Vampire can die by being stabbed in the heart with a wooden stake but he was stabbed with a knife.
