I can’t see her anywhere.

Out of all the Lycan’s, Snare was the only one that wasn’t accounted for. Even Grant and Drake had returned.

“I warned you.” Linc mutters next to me, his nose still pressed into the leaves. "I warned you that she was trouble."

"And I kept her away from Lilah." Linc was lucky he got away with speaking to me the way he did.

"Still, look what has happened."

“Snare's scent isn’t here.” I retort, but deep down, I knew he was right. This had Snare written all over it. There was a reason why Snare was her name and this was exactly it.

Drake comes from the group of Lycans. His head is low as he walks towards us. “It’s her.” He mutters, keeping his green eyes low.

“Are you telling me that you can smell something we can’t?”

His head moves up and down. “There is a reason that Snare and I have never gotten along.”

“Well, spit it out.” Linc snaps as he stands tall.

“We… That is Snare and I, well we were mated. Technically still are, because we can’t reject one

I hope Callie and Drake do become second chance mates as for Colt that’s a bit close to home. I just hope she doesn’t turn into an evil ex because our girl doesn’t need that at all she’s had enough happened to her
