I woke up to being smothered by Luke's arms. He has been super attentive since Samuel showed up. Everyone seems to agree that we need to go with him to his pack. I, on the other hand, am still a little bit guarded. Maybe I am just being stubborn but the man just shows up out of nowhere saying he is my father. Then tells us that we are all in danger and expects us to just fall in line and go with him.
I was finally able to wiggle my way from under Luke and made my way to the kitchen. It was still super early and no one was awake yet. I started the coffee and then grabbed a cup. Once I made my cup I went and sat out on the porch. The cool air felt amazing as it hit my hot skin. That was something I was still getting use to. Never getting cold is nice but sometimes I miss just wrapping up in a blanket and sitting out on the porch.
