Chapter Seventy

"Hello, sweetness. Miss me?" Allen's words sent ice skittering down Rosa's spine. Images flashed into her mind of his hands around her throat as he tried to choke the life out of her. The way his hand had clamped across her mouth to keep her silent as she had lain helpless in the hospital bed. And what he had promised to do.
