Fatal curse

" Daman , let's get in", I said and he nodded .

As we took a few steps , my protective barrier activated automatically . Daman walked beside me . I can't even see a living thing,  in this village . Some people are seeing us , but they're afraid and didn't approach us ;

They were nothing but skin and bones.Their skin are dried and covered with lines, their lips are cracked , their eyes are red and swollen . Their appearance is so bad, how did they manage to survive till now . I have to ask with some people.

But ,as soon as I approached them , they're getting in their houses and shutted their doors . Am I scary? . No , it's seems , there's another problem here. I searched for people ,but no one came out .

I walked along and a found a small child , she'll be just 7 years old , I think ; She's so weak . I think she's still in the beginning stage . I bended towards her and took a bottle of holy water .
