Chapter 9

I've been in here once before, but I was so focused on Gavin, I didn't have a chance to actually look at the pack house. It was a traditional style, Minnesota home. A little bit of craftsman mixed with a dash of cottage. It was very homey. The dark wood floors were accented by the blue grey walls. It was decorated lightly, paintings of the moon goddess and landscapes adorned the walls. There was a front sitting room that we passed, before entering the massive kitchen. It was so large my entire house back home could fit into it. 

I couldn't stop the gasp leaving my lips. I was dumbstruck. It was gorgeous. The dark wood floors continued throughout, and the light cabinetry stood put against it. I lived to cook and bake and this was the kitchen of my dreams.

I danced my fingers over the counter tops, a wide smile plastered on my lips.
