Holiday Dates/ No Uploads - MUST READ!!!

Dear Readers,

I figured posting an author's note (which is free for you to read) is the best way to get this message to those who are actually reading the book. Leaving comments doesn’t always work. Life has been super crazy recently and I haven’t long gotten back from a week away with my partner and family, hence why I was quiet for a little while and there were no updates on this book. 

I’m just letting you know that I am leaving on a 10 day holiday on Friday 6th August 2021. While I will have my laptop with me, I am going to try my best to NOT do any writing. I am already going to be taking time away from fun activities for work meetings and courses. When I have downtime and my child is sleeping, I MIGHT do some writing then, but otherwise, please just be aware that there won’t be any updates between 6th-16th August 2021. 

I live in the UK and my son is currently on summer holiday. While we are able to get out and about while Covid lockdown has eased where we live, I want to make the most of it and create amazing memories with my son. 

While I know most of you will understand, I also know there are some readers who feel if they are paying for this book, they are entitled to daily/multi-weekly uploads. I just wanted to address that by saying you pay for chapters I post. If I don’t post anything new, you aren’t paying for anything. I am not abandoning this book, so you haven’t ‘’lost’’ money by investing it in an unfinished book, I'm merely just taking a BREAK. This book is clearly marked as ‘’ongoing’’ which means you started reading a book that isn’t finished. 

I just wanted to be honest with you amazing people and let you know that I will be offline for those 10 days starting on the 6th of August. I will try and get a few chapters posted before then, however.
