24~ A woman's voice
Chris rushed to his parent's mansion as fast as he could.
The moment he had made some money, he had built his family a big Victorian styled mansion. They had their own house helps, gardeners and drivers.
Reaching the entrance, Chris walked through, his heart in his throat. He had received a phone call that his mother was sick and she had collapsed so the family doctor paid her a visit.
“Son? Why are you here this late?” Chris heard his father, Michael Stevens ask and his heart sank.
His father and sister were sitting in the living room watching TV. The atmosphere didn’t look like anyone was sick at all.
“Let me guess? Mom tricked you into coming right?” Jasmine asked with a cocked brow.
Jasmine Stevens was Christopher’s younger and only sister. She was 22 and had just graduated from University and she wanted to find a job as a fashion designer. Naturally, she was a kind and honest girl who was easy going.
