10 "Go to her"

There was pure silence and nothing more. Darkness consuming every inch and corner of the room while there was no movement around. No heavy breathing around, nothing.

Suddenly, the door opened as one of the guards walked in, the bright light from outside eliminated. This man was concerned as to where his Luna was, looking around the small room, and there he saw her, asleep in the corner, far away.

She was sleeping like a fetus, protecting herself. A part of him completely broke to see Mira this way. But as instructed, he slowly put the plate down and water close. So badly wanted to wake her up so she could eat.

He started to back away. This large man who could take down the world, felt very small in front of her, a woman he should be protecting.

“I am truly sorry, Luna.” He whispered, closing the door. He couldn’t face her anymore.
