Intentional

The next morning, Bella found herself in her old bed at her aunt Esther's place. This used to be her room before she decided to move to Aiden's house three years ago after she joined university. Bella wanted to stay close to the man she likes.

"How did i come here?" she wondered with confusion. For a moment she considered that last night might be a twisted dream, but the ache between her legs is telling a diffrent story.

Esther is a head nurse in a reputed hospital, so her schedule is odd. She has night shifts, day shifts, late night shifts, and all. This time it worked in Bella's favour that her aunt seemed to be at work. If not, it would have been difficult to explain what she was doing there.

When Bella thought of Aiden, the events from last night flodding back into her mind, some clear, some hazy. But she remembered one thing clearly.

"I slept with Aiden?" she thought gasping with shock.

She remembered how different Aiden looked last night.

'Kai'

That name rang loudly in her head.

'He was Aiden, then why did he insist upon me calling him Kai?" she wondered with confusion. Her head is banging with a hangover, and she doesn't remember coming to her aunt's place. All she remebered was sleeping with Aiden, and then nothing.

Giving her virginity to the man she likes would have been a moment to celebrate if she didn't see the man in question being intimate with Grace just a few hours prior.

'God, he must be angry' she thought as panic began to bubble inside her. She remembered kissing him several times. She was never this bold. That's the reason she never made the first move even thought she tried to show Aiden how much she likes him.

She looked at the time and was horrified to see that its well past eight and she is going to be late for work.

She jumped into the shower and picked up a random outfit from the closet. She always keeps spare clothes at Esther's place, because her aunt insisted upon it.

Her cream colured slacks huged her butt like a second skin. She paired it with a red blouse before she ran to work.

Bella is of average height with a slender built. She has a B cup and her butt is a hanful. She has cuves and a very feminine built with a narrow waist line. Her reddish brown hair has curls at the ends and reach her waist. Her light brown coloured eyes looks captivating like cat's eyes. She is beautiful with out even trying.

"Where the hell have you been?" Aiden snapped at Bella the moment she entered her department.

Bella stood frozen to the floor with shock. If she expecting atleast a flicker of change in his demeneour after last night, it dissppeared entirely. He looked even more angry than yesterday.

Amelia was looking at her with a pained look from behind Aiden, while Grace looked smug.

'Is he asking me where i went after last night?' Bella misunderstood

"I was at aunt Esther's place...." Bella opened her mouth to explain, but he cut her off rudely.

"I don't care where you go and free load yourself. You are useless and a burden for everyone anyway" his words stung. Bella tried hard to hold back her tears. When Aiden and his father were on the verge of losing their company, it was Bella's mom who helped them. Bella's mom used to be an attorney. That's how they met and got married. If not for her mother, now Aiden wouldn't have a comapany to run.

"That's not what i wanted to know. How can you be so irresponsible? You were supposed to prepare a presntation for the nine o clock meeting today. Its already nine and the meeting is about to start. Where is the presentation?" Aiden demanded before Bella could recover from his earlier jab.

Bella frowned.

"Presentation? What presentation?" She asked in alarm. No one told her anything about the presentation.

That made Aiden so angry, that he approched Bella in two long strides and slapped her hard across her cheek. The sound of the slap ecoed around the room.

Bella was stunned, and so were the others.

"Grace was right. I pampered you too much. You can't take responsibility for anything. You are useless. If this oppurtunity was given to soemone else, they would have been much more grateful than you are" he snapped.

"Aiden, what are you doing? Don't be mad at Bella. I prepared the presentation as a back up. Bella, you can use mine" Grace chimed in softly as if she is an angel.

Grace extended the file towards Bella, but Aiden snatched it away from her.

"No need. Its your hardwork. No need for someone else to take credit for it" he muttered before storming away from there with Grace in tow. Grace looked smug and satisfied with herself.

Everyone went back to their cubilcles, Leaving Bella alone.

"Babe, are you alright?" Amelia asked softly, feeling angry on Aiden and sorry for Bella.

Bella looked at Amelia and tried hard not to cry.

"Amy, i don't know anything about this presentation. No one told me about it" Bella whispered sadly.

Amelia looked alarmed.

"Really? Grace was telling everyone that she told you about it" Amelia shared about the details. They both understood that Grace is creating differences between Aiden and Bella intentionally.

"Even if she did, why can't Aiden ask you about what happened? Why is he believing Grace so blindly?" Amelia muttered angrily.

That made Bella sad.

"I will be back" she whispered. She wanted to be alone and cry in peace. But even that wish couldn't be fulfiled.

AS if the mess Grace created is not enough, Bella heard a loud cry of dispair from the staircase, making Bella to run and check about what happend there.

When she found Grace lying on the bottom of the staircase, they were stunned.

"You...." Grace pointed a bloody finger at Bella.
