LOGINChapter 113Easton’s POV I knew she was supposed to go and train at Spirit Walkers tomorrow. I wasn’t worried about that; I knew she was safe there. She had her parents, the twins, and my sister to watch over her. But I had heard about the call coming in from the Mystic Shadow pack. My first thought was worry about what might happen if I weren’t there with her. Plenty of unmated males were there in that pack, and Eva wasn’t marked. But I knew they weren’t the biggest threat against me; Keefe was. Eva had a nightmare last night, and I soothed her through it. She had told me about what happened at Stone Fall. How she tried to escape, with her friend’s help. That is how he had phrased it, but that is not the entire truth. She had called out Keefe's name, followed by Victoria's. Most friends wouldn’t risk their own lives coming to help you out of a bind. They would sympathize with you; they would comfort you, but they don’t usually put their own lives on the line like that. Whic
Chapter 112Eva’s POV Elise’s words were simple, but true. Easton really did need to do better, and I was willing to help him get the pack in shape, once I chose to complete the bond. Only one thing was left to do. I didn’t get to speak to the Goddess last night. But I did have the best sleep I'd had in a very long time, and that may have been a sign in itself. But that night, I got an unexpected phone call on the landline in the packhouse. “We’re awake,” Victoria called out over the landline. “How did you know where I was, Victoria?” I asked. I was thoroughly confused, but I would be lying if I said that I wasn’t very glad to hear her voice. “Keefe and I could hear everything going on around us. After the Goddess put us in limbo, we have been in the pack hospital for the last month. They just treated us as if we were in a coma and made sure we got what we needed until we woke up. Mom and Dad updated me once a week. We heard you were found and brought home to your p
Chapter 111Easton’s POV I knew some of the warriors were upset about what happened to Harry and Clifford. That is why I had personally spoken to all twenty of the warriors myself before this began. I knew Colin was close to Harry, but I never once imagined that he would be willing to kill Eva to get revenge for his friend. But I completely believed what Luna Kiara had just said. I had been looking directly at Colin when Luna Kiara exposed his thoughts. He was truly shocked, and it took him a moment to recover. If it had been a lie, he would have argued it immediately. I think Colin was more shocked that they were willing to go to war with us over Eva than for anything else. I guess he really believed all the lies being spread about her. But common sense should have told them that Reese and Kiara would never have stayed here all day yesterday if they didn’t care about her. If they truly didn't care, they would have sent her here alone, thankful she was gone. He had hoped the
Chapter 110Eva’s POV I actually slept very well last night. Easton was warm, and his scent wrapped around me. I felt safe and loved, and he slept wrapped around me. It took me a second to remember that I had slept in his room last night. I admit that I could get used to this very quickly. I had no nightmares, and I actually got 8 hours of sleep. I can't remember that happening except when the Goddess brought me back to life, and the night after I returned to the Spirit Walker pack and reunited with my parents. I felt his eyes on me before I knew that he was awake. He had his arms wrapped around me, but he had kept his lower half angled away from me. I knew he was trying not to frighten me. I knew why when he shifted away from me in bed. An obvious tent formed in his pajama bottoms. He gave a self-conscious smile before heading to the shower to go deal with it. I felt my face heat knowing what he was doing in the shower. Even I knew he couldn’t help it. I’ve heard fellow pack
Chapter 109Eva’s POV Being this close to him, and knowing that he is naked, was a bigger mistake than I thought it would be. My feelings for him grow stronger each day, and I admit that seeing him in all his glory tonight was a new, but not unpleasant experience. He had nothing to be ashamed of, in any department. Chiseled abs and a defined chest, strong thighs and legs, and despite trying not to notice, every single part of him seemed crafted by the Goddess. I knew why so many she-wolves in this pack had been chasing after him now, but I don’t know if I will be able to fully accept him if we do mate. He may be too big for me to handle physically. I’ve heard what everyone has said, and I’ve seen plenty of naked men at the Stone Fall pack when I was growing up. I tried to avoid them, but they were literally everywhere. They would get into fights or come out of the woods from their runs. Some were still in their wolf form, and others wanted the attention they felt they deserve
Chapter 108Easton’s POV Clifford was dead, and Harry was next, but I honestly wished that I could kill him twice. He was the one who decided to help Miranda and Ashley. Clifford was a follower, not a leader. Between them, I’m sure that Harry was the one who had talked Clifford into making the deal with the she-wolves. I’m not saying that Clifford didn’t willingly participate in doing this. He definitely wanted to, but he would have never come up with something like this on his own. I’m worried Miranda and Ashley will return and hurt Eva. That concern has been weighing heavily on me since the moment they managed to escape. We won’t know when they’ll return until it's too late. All I can think about now is getting anyone who was willing to cross my Luna out of this pack as soon as I can. Harry was just trying to garner sympathy for himself now that Clifford was dead, and he doesn’t deserve it. I know Miranda; she's smarter than she acts. I see that now that I know her true face
Chapter 4Alpha Dominic’s POV Something was seriously wrong. I had slept badly last night. This morning had started out fine for the first hour. After that, I could sense that Eva was gone. I always get up early, as my work never ends. So when I realized she was missing, I called my Beta, Dougla
Chapter 3Eva’s POV I was woken up by the sunlight pouring in through the window of the room I shared with three other omegas. I was on the bottom bunk, as I was the lowest-ranked Omega in this room. So I received the worst bunk. The sun always woke me up every single morning. The other side
Chapter 2Eva’s POV “I hope that Alpha Patrick levels this pack for what you’re doing to his children. How could you attack someone who wasn’t even on your packland? Did any of you think this through? Or did you think that they would be too scared to go against you? Their pack is twice the size
Chapter 1Eva's POV I darted through the woods, moving between the trees while I tried to push down my fear. I knew that I wasn’t alone out here. Despite having no training, I knew that for sure. I had braided and covered my hair so I could try to stay hidden. I had to cover it; my hair was s
