Lexy checked her phone as she was preparing to leave the classroom. She already had a missed call from Ethan. Lexy dialed the return call button, and Ethan answered even before the first ring ended.
"Hey, baby girl, shall wait by the gates or get in there to carry you in my arms on your way out of school?" Ethan asked excitedly.
