“Hue?”
She summoned her courage to call his name as she stood at the entrance to the kitchen, gaping at the rare sight of seeing a real living man cooking in the kitchen.
She had never seen one in real life and, the one before her was much handsome than those men who appeared in the cooking show on TV. She dreams to watch one cook in her kitchen but little did she know that she got the chance of seeing one who claimed himself as her husband. All in one!
Hue glanced back at her when he heard a voice. He saw her standing at the door to the kitchen and, on her facial was only confusion.
“Honey!” He turned off the fire and hopped happily towards her. He was the embodiment of an excited golden retriever.
“You’re finally home!” He snuggled to her and drowned her in a tight embrace that had the power to crush her body as his high nose nuzzled in her hair, messing it up.

As she got her resolved, she was excited when she entered the bathroom, wrapped in a bath towel. However, her smile faded when she saw her body in the mirror. The reddish and purplish marks were still visible on her body. It looked horrendous to her. “I have no idea how I can rid these marks from my body. I also do not know how I got these marks.” She sighed and went under the shower. She was not sure if those marks would be permanent on her body. Although Dr Tiana said it will disappear, however, she could not trust her words. The diagnosis she heard from the doctor was unbelievable. Hue couldn't leave those marks on her. ‘Shesh, why am I assuming that he is the one that left these marks on me?’ She shook her head as she turned on the shower, diminishing the crazy thought. Meanwhile, inside an apartment... Bam! Mira slammed her hands on the table when anger took over every nook of her body. It was such a nice view to be waking up in an open space, surrounded by falling leaves from the trees and the light blue sky greeting the eyes that gazed upon them. That was what Jennet experienced at the moment. She woke up in the middle of nowhere in a forest. The breeze blew continuously, blowing her long hair in the air. She propelled herself to sit down and looked around in a daze. Her brows knitted in confusion. Her mind was literally in a mess because she had no idea where she was at. ‘Where am I?’ She thought. She looked at her body and, luckily, she was still in her pyjamas. Nothing appeared to be out of the ordinary too. There were no extra hands, feet or heads. “If you keep talking nonsense, you will sleep on the floor after getting to taste the wrath of my fist!” She growled fiercely. Hue whimpered and closed his eyes. To taste the wrath of her fists are the last thing he wanted in his life. Jennet put a distance between them before closing her eyes again. She felt uneasy to sleep together with this grown-up baby. His words from just now scared her. She would never get involved in an intimate relationship with him because they are not married to each other. She treated him nicely because she wanted to take advantage of his skills in cooking and cleaning. Have a baby with him? In his dream! Throughout the night, she stayed alert in bed. She could not fall asleep. A single movement from him had her awoke and, she was ready to karate chop him. However, as it was near dawn, exhaustion defeated her and, she drifted into a deep sleep.
