“No... Hell no, in fact there's no bloody way in hell.”

I didn’t even look up from the parchment I was pretending to read.

“Asher just go to her so peace will reign,” William grunted as he spoke.

Well it was as clear as day that he was twice as tired of Mira as I was... Damn she wasn't even my Luna yet and she was already acting like my wife.

Fuck! Ragnar was right. I really did act too soon out of impulse... If I had just waited a bit. If I had kept Kira close instead of banishing her, she would never have met Dante and I wouldn't be in this stupid predicament with that crazy woman.

“I said no, William,” I repeated, my voice flat and laced with all shades of irritation “I’m not going to Mira.”

William, who had been leaning against the edge of my desk with his arms crossed, slowly narrowed his eyes in frustration for me to see, well that was how he was anyways. He was another thorn in my perfect flesh just like Ragnar.
