Chapter X

The group and I arrived at the endless expanse of the Green Hills, Shadow looked up to see the skies showing a fleshy-like hue, Shadow turned to see Maria “Shadow, someone is coming and he’s fast” she said. I turned to see a blue hedgehog running towards us but his eyes were flesh-like, telltale signs of Corona’s brainwashing. “Sonic the Hedgehog” I said, Sonic cracked his knuckles “I knew Corona that you would be trouble” said Sonic pointing his finger at me. “Corona doesn’t know that this is my sanctuary, hence she usurped my creational throne” I said. Then Sonic ran “then we fight Inkcanius” said Sonic. “Inkcanius I will back you up, this is how we fought against each other” said Shadow.

Shadow and I looked at each other and went after Sonic, Shadow skates, Shadow turns to see me, doing freelancing and parkour moves “so that’s how you move, very unorthodox but I don’t mind” said Shadow. Shadow and I caught up to Sonic the Hedgehog, I see a fork on the road one heading left, one heading straight while one headed right. Sonic took the right path, I took the left path while Shadow took the middle path. Shadow watched as Sonic and I jumped and jumped pass each other, Sonic lands running, while I land doing parkour roll and run after Sonic, the battle at the Green Hills has just begun.

Sonic and I ran side by side, as we jump the ramp, Sonic tried to attack me first but I parry the attack and landed an aerial screw kick counterpunch on Sonic, “impressive counterattack Inkcanius” said Shadow, “thanks but the battle isn’t over yet” I said. Sonic and I arrived in a natural arena. Shadow and I looked at Sonic itching for a fight, “I swear Corona, once everyone is freed from your clutches, you and I will have our reckoning” I said, gritting my teeth with anger. Sonic tried to attack me but I blocked the attack. “Don’t make me do this Sonic!!” I shouted. Sonic and I continue to fight, Shadow was shocked to see my fighting style, freelancing and parkour, while I have the ability to parry any attack with ease.

I jump back to gain some distance, Shadow has never seen me this riled up before “Inkcanius I know you’re mad about what your usurper did to you, but don’t let your anger dictate your actions” said Shadow, as he put his hand on my shoulder “what do you mean, Shadow!?” I shouted my anger shimmering, “I don’t want your anger to puppet you Inkcanius, I’ve seen how potent your anger is and you’re in a whole different breed of power when your anger controls you, don’t let your anger control you Inkcanius” said Shadow with worry. I look at Sonic stretching, smirking at me. “Sonic must be saved” I said, “right Inkcanius but you do that, Corona has enhanced all the characters under her control. I watch Sonic running towards me, as he about to strike. I parry his attack with no hesitation. Shadow was shocked “talk about a good parry” said Shadow. Sonic was shocked “how he is that fast, I’m the embodiment of fast” Sonic murmured to himself. Sonic jumps back looking at Inkcanius Splatoonus then Sonic just realised that he was facing the creator of Planet Harmony and of course god and watcher of the Infinitiverse itself. “Crap I’m facing the creator of Planet Harmony plus the God and Watcher of the Infinitiverse, Inkcanius Splatoonus” said Sonic. 

Corona had her jaw dropped upon what Sonic said “carp I may have underestimated him, but no matter he will be stopped” said Corona, meanwhile back at the fight. Sonic was wounded and looked at Inkcanius, then Inkcanius and Sonic ran towards each other, then Inkcanius put his hand on Sonic’s chest and purged Corona’s brainwashing out of him. Sonic falls unconscious and Inkcanius catches him “nice work” said Shadow, “thanks Shadow” I said.
