Chapter 145: Happy Together - THE END

Four years passed.

Dancing to the tune of "Mom" by Meghan Trainor, the children danced in simple steps to appreciate their mommies on Mother's Day. This was a gathering that Amara had organized for the mothers in their family and close friends.

The seven-year-olds, Autumn and Maeve, and the four-year-old Ivaan were forming hearts with their fingers, and together with Shauna's and Anna's daughters, they found partners to sway along to the music.

Shauna's daughter, Mareese, was nearly seven, while her son, Shawn, was three. While Mareese had Shauna's looks, Shawn was a definite copy of his dad. Shawn was less coordinated with the other kids dancing, and that was because he thought dancing was only for girls. Still, Shauna appreciated her son's efforts.
