Nathan’s POV

The headline reads ‘Latest and hottest couple in town storms billionaire Tony’s birthday in grand style.’

Accompanying that irritating headline are several pictures, as well as videos of Diane and me looking all loved up and cozy together, like we're the most loving couple in the world.

The pictures come as a rude shock to me, because I didn’t realize that she and I were that close to each other at any point during the previous night at the party.

In fact, in one of them, it appears as though Diane and I are kissing each other.

“What the hell is wrong with these reporters? Those pictures have clearly been doctored to create an agenda. I’m going to have them sued.” I fume.

“I don't think the pictures were doctored. Instead, I think they must have been taken from a certain angle to make them look that way. Anyway, don’t bother yourself about those pesky reporters. It’s just pictures, and as usual, the whole excitement is going to die down before you can say ‘Jack Robinson.’

  • Goodbye Ex, Go to Hell!   Unsatisfied

Diane’s POVAbout an hour or so later, I arrive at the address that my dad texted me, and stare up at the small, modest house that, in my opinion, looks fit for only peasants in total shock. What in God’s name was this man thinking? Did he stop to think about how embarrassing it would be if people in our circle found out that he sold his house and now lived in this sort of hamlet? We can't hide the truth forever, after all.Maybe this is just some elaborate prank that he and his wife are pulling to make me ‘behave,’ as he usually puts it.I'm standing on the well-manicured lawn, still debating whether I want to go in or if I should just turn around and leave, when the door opens, and his wife pokes her head through it.“We heard your car drive up, Diane. Come on in. We’ve been waiting for you.” She tells me, leaving me no choice but to follow her into the house.I step in gingerly, looking around the tiny space, which feels suffocating. I'm sure that my disdain is showing on my face,

  • Goodbye Ex, Go to Hell!   An actress

Diane’s POVAfter I manage to get my mouth closed, I unlock my phone and place a call to my dad. He doesn’t answer the call, even though I call three more times. This isn’t surprising, as he has been ignoring my calls lately.I can't believe the audacity. He’s the one who wronged me, for crying out loud, yet he’s the one with an attitude.Since he’s ignoring my call, I have no choice but to call his wife, who takes her sweet time answering the phone. Her tone is so unfriendly when she speaks, and I take a second to feel sorry for myself for the horrid way in which these two are treating me.“Diane … what do you want?” She asks. “Hey, Lauretta. I called my dad, but he didn’t answer his phone.”“What do you expect after you all but put him in the hospital with your behavior and then abandoned him. You couldn’t even be bothered to check up on him? People have cut off children like you for doing less. Pardon my saying so, but you’re a very lousy daughter. You're the only child he’s got f

  • Goodbye Ex, Go to Hell!   A shocking news

Diane's POVNathan has made such a fool out of me. He and that stupid Lucy bitch who works for him are busy gallivanting around kissing each other and acting like a couple in love, while supposedly on a business trip. The first time I saw them on television, acting all lovey-dovey, I nearly threw up, but at least I had my answer. My instincts never fail me, and they didn't fail me this time as well.I knew from the very first day I saw her that that lady was going to give me problems with Nathan, and months later, I find out that I’m right, after they both spent the past months vehemently denying that there is anything between them.Nathan is fucking her, and gladly showing her off, while he wants nothing to do with me. I still can't understand what he sees in that woman. While she's pretty enough, I guess, in my opinion, she isn't up to his standards, and I beat her hands down when it comes to beauty, yet he's so fixated on and obsessed with her.The other day, I tried to call him to

  • Goodbye Ex, Go to Hell!   A weird surprise

Nathan’s POVI’m not the type to be easily surprised by anything, but today, I am genuinely surprised ... shocked, in fact, and unable to believe my ears or my eyes, for that matter. The past few days have been pure bliss, as Lucy and I discover and rediscover each other’s bodies so many times that I've lost count.I didn’t know that I could be this insatiable sexually, but indeed I am, and I can't get enough of her. It’s great to know that Lucy feels the same way.For the first time in my life, I’m afraid to ask a woman I genuinely like to get into a serious relationship with me, because I already know what her answer is most likely going to be.What’s the point of getting into a relationship, knowing fully well that it isn't headed anywhere serious, anyway? After the discussion that Lucy and I had the other day, when she emphatically told me that she wasn’t ready to trust another man with her heart, the best thing for me to have done would have been to steer clear of her and not hav

  • Goodbye Ex, Go to Hell!   An unpalatable news

Lucy’s POV “Little Richie Rich.” He sneers in a way that is unbecoming of a thirty-five-year-old man. It’s obvious that he’s jealous of the other man, as he should be.Nathan Adams has his life together and is a thousand times more successful than Austin can ever hope to be, despite the fact that he is a good three years younger than Austin at thirty-two years old.“Yeah, the little Richie Rich, who is filthy rich and has several successful companies that are raking in even more money for him on an hourly basis. What about him?” I point out, and Austin’s scowl grows deeper, until his eyebrows are all but touching each other.“Oh, please. It wouldn’t have been possible with his daddy’s money.”I burst out laughing at this because it’s a clear-cut case of the pot calling the kettle black, and it isn’t even true, anyway.Just this afternoon, I did my research on Nathan Adams and found out that he had built his company all by himself, even though his parents are rich.He didn’t inherit h

  • Goodbye Ex, Go to Hell!   Reminiscing

Amy’s POVMy mood is sour today, because I’m well and rightfully pissed. I did not fight tooth and nail for the opportunity to be interviewed, only to get the spotlight stolen from me in just a day.I had hoped that my name would be flying over all the gossip channels in the country for at least a week, so that the chances of Lucy seeing the interview would increase, and her mood would be ruined. It would serve her right for always thinking that she's superior to me, just because she's more popular among the guys. I don't think I'll ever stop resenting her. I know she didn't really want me as a friend. She would have preferred her other friend, a bitch called Amanda, whom I hated at first sight and every other time I met her.Unfortunately for her, Amanda had to travel out of the country for several years, which meant that she had to 'make do' with me.'At some point, especially after Nathan began to follow her around like a dog in heat, it even felt like I was forcing myself on her,
