Chapter R31

With a tiny smile gracing my lips I stared at my parents grave, side by side with each other. For the first time in a while, I enjoyed the morning sun in the Hunter’s abode.

“Mom, Dad,” I called. “I finally fulfilled your wish. I hope the both of you can finally rest.” I gently placed daffodils on their graves. The winds gently hushed past me and in a way it gave me a sense of closure. My smile deepened while Simon and Athena came to join me.

“You really did it Zeus,” she mumbled. “It feels like a dream that it’s all over.” “Even if this is a dream, I want to be stuck in it.” Simon said.

“I didn’t do this alone you know, we did this.” I answered and they smiled. “In most wars that happened over the centuries, the Hunter family had always been involved or the major cause. I guess the world can finally rest without them around.” I exhaled deeply.

“So what’s going to happen now?” Athena asked me and I frowned.

“You’re the leader of the Hunters family now. It’s your call, Zeus.” Simon add
