Chapter 57 - Year-end party is about to start

“Did you get all of it?” Grey asked as they were packing all their stuff.

The three-day vacation they had at the mountain house has already passed. It was already time for them to return back to the city and winter break is just around the corner.

“Yeah, that’s all of them,” Alex replied.

As soon as they were done packing everything, they left the house.

“Ah, that was a quick vacation, even though we spent three days at the house it all passed by quickly,” Alice said.

After a few hours of driving, they then decided to stop at a restaurant.

“ Hey, I know that restaurant, let’s eat there, I’m already starving,” Alice said.

“You sure get hungry almost every hour, it’s interesting.” Alex jokingly said.

“Ah, shut up, how about we just go inside already,” Alice added.

They went inside after that, there were almost no customers inside the place. Since the restaurant is located near the highway close to a town, people only stop by in the afternoon or in the late evening.
