The building of Mirage took more or less 3 months, during that time, the team are busy recruiting and training at the same time, I and Vanessa tried to tour around ELICO. It really is a night district. During the day, the road is almost empty just with a couple of stores open. Some cars and people were around for either a cafe or a bookstore. There are only three malls in the area and there is nothing iconic around. No wonder this whole time no one wants this place. But for me, it's perfect. Especially for the preparation of Shallow Rail, this location is the best hideout since it's the furthest and nearest to Mark's Location. 

Since we're crashing in Dex's place the members all goes familiar with each other. But Dex was rarely in since he does a lot of missions. I haven't been seeing mark lately too.
