CHAPTER 11: AFFECTION POINTS

Scarlet woke up the next morning in the hotel room.

She yawned and stretched her hands.

Her legs shifted, but a sharp pain at her waist made her wince, and she frowned slightly.

"This..."

Her mind flashed, and memories of the things that happened last night flashed in her mind again. Her cheeks slowly turned red.

She searched the room but found no one. "He seems to have left." She mumbled to herself, and her lips slowly twitched.

For some reason, her heart felt heavy with the thought of Cyn leaving her behind after last night's intimacy, but the thought was soon swept away when her eyes fell on her flat belly.

Her mood turned heavier, and her eyes swelled. She rubbed her belly, and an air of melancholia shrouded her.

"Fateball." She called weakly.
