"We are here princess." Anna heard Archie, her father’s most trusted man say to her and she looked up from her phone at the chocolate-colored walls of the mansion ahead of them then she sighed. They had been on the road for the past five days, and her father had made sure she left the palace with an entourage, stating something about her safety even though she had strongly refused claiming she only needed a single person to take her there. He didn’t listen and they had embarked on their journey and she must say, these men were particularly meticulous. There was not a time when she lacked anything. They knew where they would be resting each night and had already made a reservation at a hotel before they got there, her meals did not suffer or get later or earlier than what she got in the palace. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Princess Anna," Avi said again looking smug and Anna nodded with embarrassment, not even sure how to react. She then immediately followed Myron, who swiftly passed by the entourage group and headed for his office which was located on the second floor of the mansion. He had a lot to think about, first, was the fact that the princess was not the person he had been expecting; secondly, his wolf’s response to her and; third, how he was supposed to cope with things now that she had decided to stay. Anna followed Winston into the mansion which was about four-story high, she walked calmly behind him followed by the men that her father had sent with her. Winston, as if not bothered by the intimidating presence of the men who made no attempt to pretend to be friendly, especially after all that had happened outside, led them into the house. "This is the living room." He said as they walked into the family room which was large and modern, a 64 inches TV sat there surrounded by leather black sofas and chairs, and the living room looked very warm and cozy unlike the family rooms in the palace that had only a fireplace. The thought of that made Anna smile, she had always been a fan of warmth and family, and seeing a warrior pack that should be known for violence create something like this made her heart curious.
