CHAPTER TWENTY: Suspicious

CASSIUS'S POV

I was shocked when it’s announced that Bastoon released the same design my wife is presenting. I knew there’s more to this, possibly involving Emelia, who suddenly joined the company. Mary never informed me about Emelia joining, I heard from Kingsley. Maybe she didn't want me to mock or blame her because if we’d taken action as I suggested, none of this would have happened.

As the general meeting ended and people applauded Emelia, I just looked at her in annoyance. I stood up and headed outside to meet Kingsley. On getting outside I banged my fist on the car in anger.

"Did anything happen?" Kingsley asked as he noticed my visobke anger.

"Mary's work was plagiarized by Bastoon," I replied, finding it difficult to accept that Mary had plagiarized someone else's work.

"How's that possible?"
