CHAPTER 0018- Mom?

I didn’t know my mom was coming until her car pulled into the driveway.

Chloe and Nate had already left for the party. Elias and I were in the kitchen, the air still thick from everything we hadn’t finished upstairs. One second I was thinking about tonight — about him finally fucking me properly — and the next my mom was knocking on the front door like the universe had a sick sense of humor.

Elias answered it.

I watched from the hallway as they introduced themselves. My mom, late forties, still pretty in that put-together way she always was, hair done, lipstick perfect. She laughed at something he said. The sound of it made my stomach turn. Elias smiled back — the polite version, the one he used with strangers — but his eyes flicked to me over her shoulder for half a second.

“I was in the area,” she told him. “Thought I’d surprise Riley. Hope that’s okay.”

It wasn’t okay. Nothing about this was okay.

We all sat in the living room for twenty minutes. My mom asked about Chloe, about school, about how I was sleeping. Elias answered when the questions drifted toward him. He was charming. Measured. The same man who’d had his fingers inside me that morning now discussing the weather with my mother like he hadn’t been seconds from burying his cock in me.

Eventually my mom stood and said she needed to use the bathroom. Elias pointed her down the hall. The second she disappeared, he looked at me.

“I didn’t know,” he said under his breath.

“I know.”

“Riley—”

The bathroom door opened again before he could finish. My mom came back, smiling, and asked if she could trouble him for a glass of water. Elias nodded and walked into the kitchen. She followed.

I stayed on the couch.

Five minutes passed. Then ten.

I told myself they were just talking. That it was nothing. That the low murmur of their voices in the kitchen didn’t mean anything.

Then it went quiet.

Too quiet.

I stood up. My legs felt unsteady. I walked toward the kitchen and stopped just short of the doorway.

They were against the counter.

My mom’s hands were in his hair. His mouth was on her neck. One of his hands was under her blouse, the other gripping her hip the same way he’d gripped mine a hundred times. She made a soft sound when he kissed her properly — open, hungry, the kind of kiss that wasn’t polite anymore.

I couldn’t move.

Elias turned her around and bent her over the island. The same island he’d fucked me against. I watched him shove her skirt up, yank her underwear to the side, and push into her in one thrust. My mom gasped. Her fingers scrabbled against the marble. He started moving — deep, steady strokes that made her bite her own wrist to stay quiet.

The same rhythm he’d used on me.

The same low sound in his throat.

I stood there in the hallway and watched my best friend’s father fuck my mother on the kitchen counter. Watched the way her body took him. Watched the way his hand reached around to touch her like he already knew how she needed it. She came first, shaking, muffled against her arm. He followed a minute later, buried deep, forehead pressed between her shoulder blades.

Neither of them saw me.

I stepped back before they could.

I walked upstairs on numb legs, went into the guest room, and locked the door. My hands were cold. My chest felt too tight. I sat on the edge of the bed and stared at the wall until I heard the front door open and close downstairs — my mom leaving, her car starting, the sound of it fading down the street.

A few minutes later there were footsteps on the stairs.

The doorknob turned. Stopped against the lock.

“Riley.” His voice was quiet. Careful. “Open the door.”

I didn’t move.

“Riley. I know you’re in there.”

Still nothing.

He was silent for a long time. Then I heard him lean against the doorframe.

“It didn’t mean anything,” he said.

I laughed once, sharp and ugly, and didn’t answer.

Eventually his footsteps moved away.

I sat in the dark with my knees pulled up to my chest and the image of them burned behind my eyes — my mother bent over the same counter, taking the same cock, making the same sounds.

The anger sat in my throat like something I couldn’t swallow.

And under it, worse than the anger, was the sick, jealous heat that refused to die.

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0037- Still here

I woke before him.Gray light was leaking around the curtains. His arm was still heavy across my waist, his breath steady against the back of my neck. For a few minutes I just lay there, cataloguing the aches — the dull soreness between my thighs, the faint bruise-tenderness on my wrists where he’d pinned them, the leftover heat in my face from everything I’d admitted the night before.I’d told him.And he was still here. That fact sat in my chest in a complicated way. Not relief exactly. Not safety either. Something closer to the feeling of standing on a ledge and realizing the drop hadn’t taken me after all.He stirred behind me. His hand flexed once on my stomach, then slid up to rest between my breasts.“You’re awake,” he said, voice rough with sleep.“Yeah.”“How long.”“A few minutes.”He made a low sound and pulled me more firmly against him. I felt him hardening slowly against the curve of my ass. Neither of us moved for a while. The quiet felt different from the night before

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0036- Thursday night

Elias’s flight landed at 8:40.I knew because I tracked it. I knew because I’d spent the entire day cleaning an already clean house, changing sheets that didn’t need changing, and rehearsing versions of the truth that all sounded equally bad. By the time the garage door rumbled open at 9:15, my hands were cold and my pulse was doing something uneven in my throat. He walked in with his bag over one shoulder and the tired posture of a man who’d spent two days in meetings. He set the bag down, loosened his tie, and looked at me standing in the kitchen like he’d been counting the hours too.“Hey,” he said.“Hey.”He crossed the space, cupped the back of my neck, and kissed me. Slow. Thorough. The kind of kiss that felt like checking for changes. When he pulled back his eyes searched my face.“You okay?”“Yeah.”He didn’t look convinced. He poured himself a glass of water, drank half of it, and leaned against the counter.“House smells like lemon,” he said.“I cleaned.”“Thoroughly.”I nod

Elias left early for a two-day work trip.He told me the night before, voice even, eyes steady on mine while he packed a small bag. “I’ll be back Thursday night. Don’t do anything you’ll have to confess when I walk through the door.”I nodded. He kissed me hard enough to leave my mouth tingling, then left. The house felt too quiet after the garage door closed.By noon the quiet had turned into restlessness. I told myself I was just bored. That the ache he’d left between my legs the day before was the only reason my skin felt too tight. I lasted until one-thirty before I picked up my phone.Jake answered on the second ring.“Didn’t think I’d hear from you,” he said.“Are you free?”A pause. “When?”“Now. And… I might not be alone.”Another pause, longer. Then a low, interested sound. “Text me the address again.”I did. Then I opened the conversation with Jenna.**Riley:** Are you working today?**Jenna:** Off at two. Why?**Riley:** Come over after. Someone else will be here too.She d

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0034- Prove it

We stayed in bed most of the morning. Not talking much. Not sleeping either. His hand rested on the curve of my hip under the sheet, thumb moving in slow, idle strokes like he was reminding himself I was still there. Every so often I’d feel his eyes on me. When I looked back he didn’t look away.Around eleven he finally spoke.“Get up. Shower. Then come back here.”I did what he said. The shower was quick. I didn’t bother with clothes after. When I walked back into the bedroom he was sitting up against the headboard, sheet pooled around his waist, watching me with that same unreadable focus from earlier.“Come here.”I climbed onto the bed. He caught my wrist before I could settle beside him and pulled me forward until I was straddling his thighs again. His hands slid up my sides, slow, mapping skin he already knew by heart.“Last night I made you wait,” he said. “This morning I made you ask. Now you’re going to show me you meant it.”My pulse kicked. “How?”“You’re going to ride me u

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0034- On your knees

Morning came slow and gray.I hadn’t really slept. The light in the guest room had stayed on all night like a punishment that didn’t need raising its voice. My body felt heavy. My mouth tasted like I’d been clenching my jaw for hours. Somewhere down the hall I heard movement — a drawer, the soft sound of feet on hardwood — then nothing.I got up.I didn’t put on clothes. He’d seen me naked the night before when he sent me up here. Clothes felt like armor I hadn’t earned. I walked down the hallway on bare feet and stopped outside his bedroom. The door was half open. I pushed it the rest of the way.Elias was sitting on the edge of the bed in dark sweatpants, no shirt, elbows on his knees. He looked up when I entered. His expression didn’t soften. It didn’t harden either. He just watched me like he’d been waiting for this exact moment and had already decided how it would go.I closed the door behind me.For a second neither of us spoke. The air between us felt thick enough to choke on.

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0032- Six O'clock

The house felt different after he left.Bigger. Quieter. Like the walls were listening.I stayed in his bedroom for a long time, sitting on the edge of the bed in my underwear, replaying the look on his face when I said Jenna’s name. Not explosive anger. Something colder. More deliberate. The kind of anger that planned.Eventually I forced myself up. Showered. The hot water did nothing to loosen the knot in my chest. I stood under the spray until my skin turned pink, then got out and stared at myself in the mirror. Same face. Same body. Everything underneath rearranged.I spent the day moving through the house like a guest. Made coffee I didn’t drink. Tried to watch something and failed. Checked the clock every twenty minutes. Chloe texted around noon asking if I wanted to meet her after her shift. I told her I wasn’t feeling well. She sent a sad-face emoji and said she’d bring soup tomorrow. The hours crawled.By four I was restless in a way that felt physical. I cleaned the kitchen
