Elias came home a little after six.

I was on the couch with a show playing that I wasn’t watching, freshly showered, hair still damp. The living room smelled like nothing in particular. I’d opened a window earlier just in case. Jenna’s perfume was gone. The only evidence left was the memory sitting heavy between my legs and the faint ache in my thighs from how hard I’d come.

He set his keys down, loosened his tie, and looked at me the way he always did when he’d been gone all day — like he was checking whether I was still here, still his, still in whatever state he’d left me in.

“How was your day?” he asked.

“Quiet.”

He nodded and walked into the kitchen. I heard the fridge open, the clink of a glass, the pour of something. When he came back he had whiskey over ice and the top two buttons of his shirt undone. He sat in the armchair across from me instead of beside me. Distance. Or maybe just habit.

“Chloe texted,” he said. “She’s staying at a friend’s tonight.”

“Okay.”

He took a sip and studied me over the rim of the glass. “You look different.”

My pulse kicked once. “Different how?”

“I don’t know yet.” His eyes moved over my face, my loose shirt, the way I had my legs tucked under me. “Just different.”

I forced myself to hold his gaze. “Long shower. I was restless.”

“Restless.”

“Yeah.”

He let the word hang there. Then he set the glass down and leaned forward, elbows on his knees.

“Come here.”

It wasn’t a request. I stood and crossed the space between us. He pulled me down so I was straddling his lap in the armchair, my knees bracketing his hips. His hands settled on my thighs, warm and proprietary. He looked up at me for a long second before speaking again.

“You’ve been thinking about something all day.”

“Maybe.”

“Want to tell me what?”

I should have said no. Should have leaned into the lie and let it harden. Instead I brushed my thumb along the edge of his jaw and felt the faint scrape of stubble.

“Not yet.”

Something flickered in his eyes — curiosity, maybe irritation, maybe the beginning of suspicion. He didn’t push. He just slid his hands higher under my shirt until they rested on my bare waist.

“Alright,” he said quietly. “Keep your secret for now. But if it starts affecting the way you look at me, I’m going to want answers.”

“It won’t.”

“We’ll see.”

He kissed me then. Slow. Thorough. The kind of kiss that felt like he was searching for the truth under my tongue. I kissed him back and tried not to think about Jenna’s mouth, Jenna’s fingers, the way she’d tasted when I had my face between her legs. The comparison made my stomach twist with something that wasn’t entirely guilt.

When he pulled back he rested his forehead against mine.

“I missed you today,” he said.

The simplicity of it landed harder than it should have. “I know.”

“Did you miss me?”

I hesitated half a second too long. His hands tightened on my waist.

“Yes,” I said. And it wasn’t a lie. It just wasn’t the whole truth.

He studied me another moment, then gently moved me off his lap and stood. “I’m going to shower. Order food if you’re hungry. I’ll be down in a bit.”

I watched him disappear up the stairs. The second his bedroom door closed, I let out a breath I hadn’t realized I was holding.

The secret sat in my chest like a stone. Not heavy enough to crush me. Just present enough that I couldn’t forget it was there.

I ordered Thai food for two. When he came back down in sweatpants and a T-shirt, hair damp, we ate on the couch with the TV on low. He asked about nothing important. I answered the same way. Every so often I’d catch him watching me sideways, like he was still trying to locate the shift he’d sensed earlier.

After we finished eating he pulled me against his side. I rested my head on his shoulder and stared at the screen without seeing it. His fingers traced idle patterns on my arm. The domesticity of it felt almost cruel after everything that had already happened in this house — the plumber, my mother, Jake, Jenna.

“You’re quiet,” he said eventually.

“Just tired.”

“Then go to bed.”

I sat up. “Your bed or mine?”

The question hung between us. He looked at me for a long second.

“Mine,” he said. “If you want it.”

I did. And I didn’t. Both things true at the same time.

I stood and held out my hand. He took it. We went upstairs together, the house settling into night around us. In his room I stripped down to my underwear and climbed under the covers. He joined me a minute later, turning off the light, pulling me back against his chest.

His arm settled around my waist. His mouth brushed the back of my shoulder once.

“Whatever you’re not telling me,” he murmured into the dark, “I’ll wait. But not forever.”

I closed my eyes and listened to him breathe.

The secret didn’t go away.

It just lay there between us in the dark, quiet and waiting, while his body stayed warm and solid behind mine.

Morning came slow and gray.I hadn’t really slept. The light in the guest room had stayed on all night like a punishment that didn’t need raising its voice. My body felt heavy. My mouth tasted like I’d been clenching my jaw for hours. Somewhere down the hall I heard movement — a drawer, the soft sound of feet on hardwood — then nothing.I got up.I didn’t put on clothes. He’d seen me naked the night before when he sent me up here. Clothes felt like armor I hadn’t earned. I walked down the hallway on bare feet and stopped outside his bedroom. The door was half open. I pushed it the rest of the way.Elias was sitting on the edge of the bed in dark sweatpants, no shirt, elbows on his knees. He looked up when I entered. His expression didn’t soften. It didn’t harden either. He just watched me like he’d been waiting for this exact moment and had already decided how it would go.I closed the door behind me.For a second neither of us spoke. The air between us felt thick enough to choke on.

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0032- Six O'clock

The house felt different after he left.Bigger. Quieter. Like the walls were listening.I stayed in his bedroom for a long time, sitting on the edge of the bed in my underwear, replaying the look on his face when I said Jenna’s name. Not explosive anger. Something colder. More deliberate. The kind of anger that planned.Eventually I forced myself up. Showered. The hot water did nothing to loosen the knot in my chest. I stood under the spray until my skin turned pink, then got out and stared at myself in the mirror. Same face. Same body. Everything underneath rearranged.I spent the day moving through the house like a guest. Made coffee I didn’t drink. Tried to watch something and failed. Checked the clock every twenty minutes. Chloe texted around noon asking if I wanted to meet her after her shift. I told her I wasn’t feeling well. She sent a sad-face emoji and said she’d bring soup tomorrow. The hours crawled.By four I was restless in a way that felt physical. I cleaned the kitchen

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0031- Not enough

I woke up to an empty bed.The sheets on his side were cold. For a second I thought he’d left for work early, but then I heard the shower running in the en-suite. Steam was already seeping under the door. I lay there staring at the ceiling, the weight of yesterday still sitting in my chest like something I hadn’t finished swallowing.Jenna.The way she’d tasted. The way I’d come with her thigh pressed between mine. The way I’d decided—stupidly, deliberately—not to tell him.The water shut off.A minute later Elias stepped out with a towel around his waist, hair damp, skin still flushed from the heat. He didn’t look surprised to find me awake. He just walked to the dresser, pulled out clothes, and started getting dressed with his back to me.“You’re up early,” I said.“Couldn’t sleep.” His voice was flat. Controlled. “You were restless all night.”I sat up, pulling the sheet higher. “I didn’t mean to keep you awake.”He turned around while buttoning his shirt. His eyes moved over my fa

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0029- Jenna, again!

The knock came a little after one.Elias had left that morning for a full day of meetings across the city. Chloe was working a double. The house was empty except for me and the low hum of the refrigerator.I opened the door without checking the peephole.Jenna stood there in her delivery uniform, a small package under one arm and the same half-curious, half-nervous expression she’d worn the first time. Her dark hair was pulled back messily. She looked at me for a second longer than necessary.“Package for Kane,” she said. Then, quieter: “I was hoping it’d be you.”I stepped aside. She came in. I shut the door.We didn’t bother with the package. She set it on the entry table and followed me into the living room like she’d been thinking about this exact path since the last time. When I turned around she was already close.“He’s not here,” I said.“I know.” Her eyes flicked over my face. “I waited until I saw his car leave.”That was all it took. She kissed me first — softer than Elias e

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0028- Aftermath

I didn’t move for a long time after the front door closed behind Jake. The living room felt too quiet. My body ached in places that had nothing to do with ordinary tiredness. Cum was drying on my stomach and chest. My throat felt used. Between my legs I was sore and slick and still faintly pulsing from everything that had been done to me.I stared at the ceiling and tried to decide if I felt humiliated or claimed or both.Eventually I sat up. My legs were unsteady when I stood. I gathered my clothes from the floor without putting them on and walked upstairs naked, leaving the mess of the living room behind. In the guest bathroom I turned the shower on as hot as I could stand and stepped under the spray. The water ran cloudy for a while.I washed slowly. Methodically. Scrubbed until my skin felt raw. When I finally got out and wrapped myself in a towel, the house was still silent. No television. No movement downstairs. I didn’t know if Elias had left or if he was simply giving me space
