David Pov:

It's been a whole day and thankfully now she has gained consciousness. I moved towards her and gently held her hand. She turned her head slowly with a hiss to me and smiled. I smiled back at her and sat on the bed beside her, caressing her right cheek lightly.

"Da-David....." Her voice is hoarse.

"Yes my beautiful belle." I said smiling as I kissed her hand softly. She smiled blushing lightly, making me smirk and before my mind ran to teasing her to no end, she said.

"I-I am sorry....David....because of me....you had to waste so much t-time here.....y-you must have so much work....you could have gone to office but.....because of my troubles you are always troubled.....I am sorry Dav—." And I silenced her rubbish talk by placing my hand on her mouth. Gosh she talks a lot for an injured person.

"Shh....." I placed my finger on her lips.

"But...." I peck her lips to silence her.

"I said quite....don't say anything that I will make you regret later when we reach home and trust
