Chapter 11

Four hours earlier, Emily had ordered five boxes of pizza which were now sprawled all over the floor. Four of the boxes were emptied and only one remained unopened. 

After Emily's last bite of her slice of pizza, the credits rolled. "Pass me the remote." She said, not moving her eyes away from the television. 

Out of the three of them, only Lucius occupied the couch whilst Emily and her mother sat beside each other on the floor. Taking the advantage of having all the couch to himself, he had his head resting on the armrest and his feet resting on the opposite sid
